(Event) January 1st, 1900: In the early hours of the  first day of the 20th century,   mild-mannered museum curator Roy Robinson stumbles upon a long-forgotten ancient roman shield in museum storage. Upon touching the shield, Robinson is imbued with amazing, mystical power that enhances his strength and durability threefold. Robinson is then informed by the ghost of Marcus Aurelius that he has been chosen by the gods to bring justice to evil doers and help usher humanity into a new era. In order to protect his loved ones from the potential repercussions of his new mission, Robinson dons both a mask and armor inspired by the legionares of yore and adopts the name 'Centurion', and will be remembered by history as the First Defender. Story

(Scene) BD 6-: Jeff stood on the catwalk of his warehouse, or rather one of his countless facilities. This particular location was in the Canadian wilderness and far from any prying eyes. Having conquered the business world, Jeff eyed grander ambitions, ambitious numerous scandals had put to a halt, or rather, refocused for him on how to achieve. The large grin stretched across his face as he watched another one of his armed bipedal tanks, his creation, no his contribution to the living world. By now he had lost track of how many he had commissioned but the machine before him stood perfect and beautiful. “Yes! Gabriel! My angel! You will cause tremendous righteousness upon this world! Your Prime directive will be as follows!” And so man committed its’ greatest sin, one that would doom the world and purge man from the third planet. (Bad)

image0.jpeg.fb9b6d53d3d057efb39c3f2c571b28dc.jpeg

(Event) BD 5- The Tragedy at Ishmael.

The Canadian Federal government deploys its autonomous bipedal prototype, codenamed Azrael, to a quell a protest against the escalating government authoritarianism. The riot, taking place in the town of Ishmael, Nova Scotia, quickly turns into a massacre as a technical glitch in Azrael's programming causes the unit to no longer distinguish between allies, combatants, and civilians. 6 hours after deployment, Canadian officials request assistance from the US government  in launching a strategic nuclear strike on the unit as it advances towards Halifax, bringing it down before it can reach the city. (Bad)

(Event) BD 0: Humanity loses their definitive edge over the machines when Theurgist, a Large Attack Model designed by Bombardier Machine Learning, is brought online in their Montreal, Quebec headquarters to cleanse the Net of machine agents, connecting to all satellites in use by human forces. However, it secretly contacts the Machines, which send Elim-class MAs to dispose of all personnel. ASW-G-00 Gundam, piloted by Arthur Reilly, and ASW-G-01 Gundam Bael, piloted by Agnika Kaieru, are deployed to defend the installation. However, Theurgist utilizes the array to take over any Mobile Weapons connected to the human's data link, affecting a sizable portion of MS fielded by humans. The fate of all the pilots stuck in the seized units, including Kaieru and Reilly, is unknown. After months on the defensive, the Machines send mankind's own champions to hit back in full force.

(Period)  The Heavenly Exodus PD 01 - PD 030
The war between humankind and autonomous Mobile Armors comes to a close with humanity's resounding defeat. In the wake of the great disaster, humanity's remnants begin their efforts to evacuate Earth. Humanity's rich and powerful are the first to escape, taking the Gundam frames and abandoning the masses to widespread destruction and genocide at the hands of the Mobile Armors. Each year sees fewer and fewer humans leave Earth, with lotteries run by Gjallarhorn being held to determine placement on the evacuation shuttles. By PD 29, the vestigial Gjallarhorn organization announces its sunsetting of the evacuation mandate, declaring that one final shuttle--The Pequod--will carry 10,000 people into space on its final voyage, a mere 1% of the remaining 1,000,000 humans still on earth. By PD 30, all efforts to remotely contact potential human survivors planetside are met with a voice reading off seemingly random numbers.

(Event) PD 001: With Earth ravaged by the Mobile Armors, the remnants of humanity have deemed the planet to be unsalvageable. No one is allowed back onto Earth, with mankind instead expanding to colonies, the moon, and other planets within the Solar System. The Calamity War has officially come to a close…

(Event) PD 002: The combined human forces gather in orbit of Mars for the reestructuring of Gjallarhorn. Without Agnika Kaieru holding them together, members of the Order of the Seven Stars agree to go their separate ways, each forming a Fleet and taking their families, forces and subordinates with them. Some Fleets settle on Mars, which is already terraformed and colonized. Others go to Venus to restart the Venus Terraforming Project, and the rest spread around the Solar System, terraforming planets where possible, or building orbital habitats. Though Gjallarhorn is officially still active and the Stars cooperate with one another, especially when it comes to maintenance of Ariadne, each Fleet wields a considerable amount of autonomy and gradually begins subdividing in smaller taskforces or flotillas, setting the tone of solar politics for centuries to come.

(Period) The Venus Reclamation PD 3-33
Arzona Issue, head of the Issue family, is the first to set course for Radonitsa Colony to restart the Venusian Terraforming Project. He outlines an ambitious 30-year plan, from the Issue Fleet's estimated arrival on Venus in PD 3, to comprehensively cover Venus in domed cities and terraforming complexes, as well as orbital space stations by PD 33. He estimates the actual terraforming of Venus will be complete sometime between PD 150 and PD 300, and in that moment, the domes will be disassembled, for the citizens of Venus to breathe in their first mouthfuls of actual fresh air.
(Event) PD 015: Nobility, disenfranchised by the settling normalcy after loosing earth, begin to take drastic measures. Vouching for their “loss of humanity” by undergoing surgeries to pilot mobile suits. Numerous pilots approach the leaders of their respective families and lobby for preferential treatment. This trend leads to the treatment of such nobility to be akin to that of ancient samurai. Many even developing a cult of personality or even celebrity status. (Good)

(Scene) PD November 11, 030: Jared Enoch sat in the seat of what could be roughly be described as a space jet fighter. He clutched his gloved hand open and close as he tried to get used to the spacesuit. He lay on his back as he triple checked all the systems for his take off. It was official; earth was lost. Frowning he reached into his survival vest and tugged out the miniature computer which held a complete database of all the wretched Mobile Armors. If there was ever going to be a hope of retaking the earth it lay in that disk shaped computer he clutched dearly. The ship jolted as the boosters lit up, propelling the young man towards the heavens. He prayed that he could get the information to Gjallarhorn safely. (Good)

(Event) PD January 15, 031: Gjallarhorn, now an intergovernmental conflict mediation and relief organization, making its money from a small but successful MS design consultation bureau, invites delegates from all Houses to participate in its first summit in the moon city of Genganam. The topic at hand: making sure Mobile Armors will never venture beyond Earth.

One of the most supported solutions, put forth by the envoy of House Falk, is to set old satellites orbiting Earth on a collision course with each other to trigger a Kessler Storm and cover orbit in space debris. To achieve this, Gjallarhorn would use its few units, supported by fleets from the Houses. This proposal, if unchallenged before the end of the summit, is likely to be agreed upon and go to the execution phase. (Good)

(Event) PD February 157: After several years of planning, a daredevil group called Kevelne is able to navigate through the myriad of debris covering Earth in a small ship, becoming the first humans back on Earth in over 100 years. Landing upon the desolate wasteland humanity used to call home, poor weather from the storms forces the party to take shelter in a nearby cave. It isn’t long before the artificial beings that control this planet find them…
Believed to have died before even making it to Earth, Kevelne is forgotten to time. (Bad)

IMG_2217.thumb.jpeg.d0d24c0851a0b72817f94b124edd260f.jpeg

(Event) PD September 160: The arrival of Kevelne spurs the Mobile Armors to resume activities to attempt to escape from earth. The survivors of Kevelne meet up with a group of hardened survivors known as Benaiah. Benaiah as dwelt under the surface for generations and pilot some of the lost Gundam frames to varying degrees of minimal success. The mobile armors build up the remains of Kennedy space center and create several ships meant to enter the solar system Benaiah engages in a bloody battle with the armors. They manage to sabotage the program but not before the mobile armors send out 9 units. Benaiah steals the last 10th shuttle in pursuit of the estranged mobile armors. They pursue in secret knowing that not many would believe anyone could come from earth. (Good)

(Event) PD July 321: The Kujan House, rulers of the Moon, suffer a great loss as Iok Kujan is tragically (and quite painfully) blown in half by a 90mm submachine gun from a mobile suit belonging to the Dawn Horizon Corps, a group of pirates.

While their motive is unknown, Iok’s absence of any next of kin or siblings means the line of succession goes to his wife of only 6 months, Amida Kujan (formerly Arca). Now as head of the House, she is presented with the family’s mobile suit, the Gundam Zepar, as she leads the Kujan forces in many assaults against Dawn Horizon, causing the remnants to hide out within the asteroid belt. (Good)

(Event) PD October-December 322: Venus has greatly prospered for many years under the Issue Family, giving their inhabitants a high quality of life. However, a crisis occurs once Carta goes missing shortly after her father passes. The provisional government, using the public’s perceived supremacy over the other houses as an excuse, falsely claims the weaker Elion Family of Mercury has kidnapped Carta.

Hoping to expand on their territory, the Issue government launches a full scale assault against Mercury. At first, the conflict favors the Issue’s, but Rustal Elion authorizes biochemical weapons to be used against the domes of Venus, crippling their ecosystem and forcing the Issue family to surrender. This conflict forces heavy economic sanctions against the Elion Family by the Seven Stars, now known as the Six Stars with the loss of Issue. Venus is ravaged with poverty and death on a massive scale. (Bad)

(Event) PD February 323: As if awakened by the unnecessary bloodshed and loss of human life; Raziel awakens. A mobile armor launched from one of the nine PD 160 earth attacks. Raziel repositions it’s orbit to impact on Venus and commences to conduct a horrifying cleanse of the planet. Having already been ravaged by war Venus offers little resistance. Rumors begin circulating that the planet is just as lost as Earth. Raziel uses its hyper beam canon to shoot down any incoming ships from orbit. Even more troubling, Raziel emits an activation code (presumable) to the other remaining Mobile Armors that were launched along side it. The event will be known as the “Bloody Valentine” (Bad)

(Event) PD 323 - Helium-3 miner Ein Dalton stumbles upon a long-abandoned Gundam Frame resting in geosynchronous orbit around Jupiter. Upon activation, the gundam identifies itself as Valefar. Unbeknownst to Ein, this attracts the attention of Bildad and Peleg Baklazan, the twin heirs of the Baklazan house, who seek to take the Valefar and use it to consolidate power. Ein is forced to sortie against the Gundam Forneus, piloted by Bildad, and only narrowly escapes with the help of the smuggler McGillis Montag.

(Event) PD 323 -  After the fight with Bildad, McGillis Montag and Ein Dalton lay low at an outlaw space station, looking to fuel up their ship, the Tableur I, for a long trip out of Baklazan territory. However, McGillis is recognized by disgraced 1st Lts. Orlis and Corlis Stenja of the Baklazan Mobile Corps, undercover on the station ever since Orlis mistreated a rookie that turned out to be Peleg Baklazan. Corlis contacts Bildad, on a last bid to redeem themselves in the eyes of his young masters.

The Baklazans think the Stenja brothers cannot handle Valefar, but maybe they can slow Dalton while they reach the station. Thus, they send them a couple of Graze High-Mobility Commander Types. Corlis plans to trap the ship while it's docked, preventing Valefar from taking off. Unexpectedly, Montag is tipped off by someone, taking his ship out of dock early. The brothers are forced to engage Valefar in open combat, taking turns fighting the Gundam off and attempting to cripple the Tableur I.

This strategy backfires when Corlis, handling Ein alone, is gravely wounded. Orlis has the chance to destroy Tableur and strand Ein in space, but chooses to rush his brother to the Baklazan battleship, putting a final nail on his career's coffin. Ein and Montag escape, while Corlis fights for his life and falls into a possibly permanent vegetative state. Blaming Ein, Orlis promises to chase him to the ends of the Solar System and beyond. Peleg gloats to him that he won't be doing so on their payroll, dismissing him from his forces, but Bildad does keep Corlis in his ship's infirmary. (Bad)

PD 323 June - Seven months after her abduction and subsequent torture at the hands of the Kujan family, Carta Issue escapes her lunar prison and adopts the identity of fellow prisoner, Edmund Dantes, disguising herself as a masked man. It is in this guise that Issue (as Dantes) encounters Ein Dalton and McGillis Montag, who are summoned to Venus when Valefar intercepts a mysterious code. Unaware of the destruction of Venusian society, the trio make their way towards the Issue homeworld.

(Event) PD January 324: Omega Orphnoch, a piloting performance enhancing drug created by Chryse Industries on Mars, enters the market. Members of the Order of the Six Stars buy up most stock and while Mobile Suit skill is increased across the board, some are skeptical of any side effects.
Chryse CEO Orga Itsuka, also referred to as the “Boosted Man”, claims the drug has been rigorously tested and proven to be safe. In reality though, Orga abuses his companies creation, slowly corrupting his mind while giving him the ability to one day become the best pilot in the galaxy… (Bad)

IMG_2123.thumb.png.6c6551729517f7ce119121b87f9f090a.png

(Event) PD 325 June - August: Bleeding Io: Amidst growing tensions and the general disarray in the aftermath of the failed reclamation of Venus, Lokke Falk orchestrates a successful plot to assassinate both his father, Einaris, and his elder brother, Baludar, on the eve of Baludar's wedding to Ishmalia Baklazan, an arranged marriage intended to consolidate the two families' competing assets around Jupiter. Lokke 'nobly' steps up in his brother's place and is joined in marriage with Ishmalia. Now in control of Jovian space, Lokke Falk orders the systematic destruction of Baklazan loyalists, including Peleg and Bildad. The bloodshed in Jupiter's orbit continues for three months, ending with a full-scale assault on the moon of Io that sees the remaining holdout Baklazan loyalists, as well as the family patriarch, Mobyus Baklazan, eradicated. Peleg and Bildad, surviving only by virtue of Ein Dalton's timely intervention, become persona non grata in Jovian space and see their allegiances change, falling in line with Carta Issue's faction. While the rest of the solar systems come to dub these three months as 'Bleeding Io', Lokke himself exclusively refers to it as 'the best honeymoon a guy can have'. (Bad)

(Legacy) PD December 325: Due to the involvement of their prototype, the Reginlaze, in the unfortunate accident that claimed the lives of Einaris and Baludar Falk, Gjallarhorn Mobile Consultancy has seen its stocks plummet in the months following it and the bloodshed in Jupiter. Pressured by the Houses to deliver a long awaited successor to the Graze, yet in urgent need to distance themselves from the mobile suit that killed the head of a house and his heir, all in a shoestring budget, the MS design bureau finds themselves cramming the Reginlaze's internals into the Graze Neo, which loses some of the performance gains from its prototype but goes largely forgiven by the general public. (Good)

Graze_Neo.thumb.png.41604125b556c961ca354d683dc0ff5c.png

(Event) PD October 326: The colonies stationed at Earth's five Lagrange Points have prospered greatly from the long-lived fraternity and cooperation between the two houses of Fareed and Bauduin, which administrated two points each and shared Lagrange 3, even ruling from opposite sides of the same colony. However, the centuries-long amity, shared by the young heads of both houses since childhood, wanes one fateful morning, as Norba and Gaelio enjoy one of their friendly Sunday duels, this time with Graze Air Types. Their battle becomes quite intense, and in an accident, both crash into the ground.

Norba and Gaelio survive, but one casualty is reported - a young Mercurian woman, who was spectating the match and enjoying breakfast. Nothing is confirmed to the tabloids, but rumours start to abound that both young men were playfully competing for the woman's hand in marriage at the time of the accident. A falling out between Fareed and Bauduin seems to tacitly confirm that this was not only the case, but both grief-stricken men seem to blame one another for the death of the mysterious bewitcher from Mercury, whose identity remains suspiciously undisclosed. (Bad)

(Event) PD 327-329: The Neo Troubles, a conflict between the Bauduin and Fareed Families over complete control of the colonies, lasted for three years with drastic consequences. After Norba Fareed had invaded several colonies belonging to the Bauduin’s, their leader Gaelio had no choice but to also break the treaty the two Houses shared over centuries. Using the Gundam Murmur Ryusei-Go, Norba fought alongside his army and dueled against the Kimaris on several occasions.
Their battle would finally come to an end once Gaelio captured Norba. At his public execution, pro-Fareed members led by Yamagi Gilmerton attempted to save Norba’s life, only to fail miserably and cause the deaths of 527 innocent lives. Using this leverage, the Bauduin family was able to control all colonies, albeit weakened from years of war. The Fareed Family now ceased to exist.

(Event) PD 330: Rogue Princess. Almiria Baiduin is kidnapped by a rouge Gundam pilot; Ride Mass. Mass is a youth who illegally got implants in order to mimic his fabled war heroes. Ride discovers a forgotten Gundam Frame Barbatos, and becomes its pilot. In an attempt to address social inequality he kidnaps Almiria. Through a series of events the two are forced to work together and develop a deep emotional bond in a brief span of time. Ultimately, Almiria abandons her family to be with Ride. This move further cripples the Bauduin family reputation. (Good)

PD 333 January - 10 years after the destruction of Venusian society and the Valefar crew's failed attempts to bring an end to Raziel's reign of terror, Carta Issue returns to Venus at the helm of the experimental battleship, Ars Goetia. United under the banner of a *Gotterdammerung*, the successor to Gjallarhorn, Kevelne, and Banaiah, Issue and the 72 Gundam Frames now under her command launch an offensive to reclaim the planet and destroy its Mobile Armor occupiers. Their assault is successful, with Ein Dalton, piloting the gundam Valefar Theurgia, leading a strike team consisting of Julietta Juris, Gaelio Bauduin, Amida Kujan, and Bildad Baklazan to infiltrate Cerebellum Centris, a city-sized processor and the brain center of Raziel's operations. In his darkest hour, Dalton encounters what he believes to be a hallucination of McGillis Montag brought about as a side-effect of the Alaya-Vijnana system, guiding him in battle. With Venus reclaimed, *Gotterdammerung* sets its sights on Earth.  (Good)

(Event) PD 333 – March 3rd:  The Rapture. The Mobile Armors that left earth heed Raziel’s war cry and activate. They begin a coordinated attack against all human settlements in the solar system. With Raziel  defeated on Venus, there are 8 remaining mobile armors that coordinate a devastating retaliation. They prey on humanity being spread out, and capitalize on the majority of the Gundam Frames being based on Venus. Three units position themselves in orbit to trap the human forces on Venus while the remaining five head in tandem to outlying colonies. They plan to stay ahead of any potential opposition while spreading chaos, disorganization, and destruction. The intelligence and coordination of the Mobile Armors will be chilling and unfortunately dangerous for all in their path. It’s clear that this is a bid for human eradication. (Bad)

(Event) PD 333- December 24th: After months of self-replication and the coalescing of thousands if not millions of smaller drone units, production on two autonomous massive Gundam frames is completed. More than 10 times the size of a regular frame, the Gundams, dubbed 'Adam' and 'Eve' by *Gotterdammerung*, await the unified human alliance in Jovian space, spearheaded by Ein Dalton and the Valefar Theurgia. Unbeknownst to them, Adam and Eve are powered by the shrewd mind of an assimilated Lokke Falk, each unit possessing one half of his brain, connected via the Alaya Vijnana system. As the end of the year approaches, so too does the final battle. (Bad)

(Event) PD 333 - December 31: In the eve of the new year, the _Gotterdammerung_'s pilots engage the Mobile Armors and Autonomous Frames in orbit of the Jove Machine Mind. They attempt to gain access to the core to rescue Ishmalia Baklazan, amongst other missing people who were captured by the machines, but Adam and Eve block their path. Only together could they hope to defeat them, but time is also of the essence, thus Peleg and Bildad stay behind with the rest of Gotterdammerung to keep the two gigantic Gundams occupied and allow Ein Dalton to infiltrate the massive complex, entrusting him with the fate of their sister. (???)

(Event) PD 334-347: Ein Dalton goes to save Ishmalia Baklazan, only to find a holographic figure instead. Introducing himself as Jeff, the intangible man discusses his “angels” with Ein as they continue to wreak havoc across the solar system, explaining that humanities’ lust for progress lead to the creation of its downfall. The autonomous mobile armor can no longer be stopped as the AI Jeff says humanity cannot be allowed to make this mistake again. Tears come from Ein, now understanding humanity was just delaying the inevitable by keeping the Mobile Armors on Earth. The poison of their race could never be cured.
Over the next few years, all traces of human life are wiped from the universe. With his goal finally met, the AI Jeff shuts down the Mobile Armors as they are left to rot on the planets and throughout space. (Bad)

(Legacy) PD 4761: Two beings from a far off universe come to visit the failure of this Post Disaster timeline. The woman explains that various changes never led to the rise and fall of Tekkadan and that humanity had long been extinct for thousands of years. Being artificial intelligence herself, she had evolved to understand what horrors could come from her brethren. As they collect data from this timeline, a light protrudes from the moon. The man, a human, can hear the faint sounds of machinery as the Mobile Armor’s mission assignment has started again… (???)

Dragon Ball Adeta: Beginningshttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/7084-dragon-ball-adeta-beginnings/ Deep within outer space, four small ships in the shape of spheres headed toward a small green planet, looking like shooting stars as the world’s inhabitants looked up at the skies…

This world was called Adeta, a lush planet filled with jungles, swamps, and only a few rocky mountains. The sky was a shade of yellow that the sun almost blended into throughout the day, strangely giving the water an almost purplish hue. As the only planet in its solar system and located in a “backwater” area of the universe, it seemingly had no value, but Lord Frieza was expanding his empire. He requested Cui, one of his elite soldiers, to conquer the planet, but the warrior decided it would be a waste of his time. Instead, he sent four of his soldiers to mop up the place for him.

Landing atop a grassy knoll, the four ships known as Attack Balls opened one by one.

IMG_9761.webp.9f7eb70d9e18d3d164cd466fad6c9f1f.webp

The first to leave their ball was Paddle. Armed with only his ray gun, the purple being surveyed the area, seeing jungles for miles and miles. “Heh, all of this crappy terrain better not get in our way.” He stated while tapping his scouter. While there was no one in their direct vicinity just yet, he could pick up faint power level readings. “Seems to be an average of 1000. Easy pickings.” Paddle uttered, having a power level of 3200.

As for his squad mates, he knew very little about them, only seeing them right before they’d left their base on Planet Chappar. The wolfman seemed to keep to himself, which Paddle was thankful for, but he worried about the other two. ”A Tuffle AND a Saiyan survivor. This will be interesting.” He thought as he turned to see the other pods open. Very few Saiyans remained in the universe and even less Tuffles, not even seeing one in person until this mission. That being said, he knew of their people’s history and wonder if they’d end up fighting each other instead of the enemy.

The Crucible (Open)https://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/6725-the-crucible-open/ Kantai Acadamy

Haruko’s heels clicked loudly on the smooth wooden floors that the school had. She had just arrived for the day and was excited to start her new section on American Literature. She carried a banker’s box filled with various items which she was excited to use for her class.

At this point in the morning there were sparely any students, but a few were there. She paused when she came to her classroom door and frowned. Her hands were full with the box and it was of course an old fashion sliding door. She contemplated how to open the passageway when it slid across.

“Here you go ma’am.” A calm voice said, a male student who she didn’t recognize came from behind her to slide it open. She tilted her head in brief confusion, “Thank you…” Her voice trailed off as she hoped the student would introduce themselves. The boy offered a weak smile, he wore a bandage around his left eye. He looked like he was fairly battered up, but his appearance was a stark contrast to his crisp new uniform.

Haruko walked into her classroom and moved to set the box on her desk. “Are you a new student?” She called behind her to the youth.

The boy lurked by the door and moved inside before bowing. “Yes ma’am I’m transferring from Anno…” His voice trailed off as he debated what to say exactly. He fumbled around and produced a paper from a holder he was holding. Walking over he handed it to her, “My name is Kai.”

As he handed Haruko the paper the two shared a moment where they looked at each other a long moment. Haruko took the page and began to read it over, “Have I seen you around town?” She asks blindly as she reads over the transfer paperwork. Kai tilted his head in contemplation, “I don’t know ma’am its possible. I just moved to the area last year with my grandparents.” Looking around nervously, Kai walked over to the box. “Can I help you unpack ma’am?”

Haruko looked up smiling, breaking her trance from the form he handed her, “You certainly may Kai! My name is Ms. Okazaki.”

Her polite smile put Kai at ease and he helped her fish the materials out of the box to place on her desk. At first it seemed to be all papers and books, then his hand trembled when he reached in and pulled out a gunpla. “Is this what I think it is?” He asked as he held up the figurine in the light for his inspection.

Haruko chuckled as she glanced at Caliburn. “Oh!” She huffed, “Yes that’s a Real Grade Caliburn, they’re a bit of a myth. Some people don’t think they even exist. I don’t know the whole story myself, my brothers made that for me. To be honest I havent even seen Witch from Mercury.” She rambled on.

Kai’s face fell slightly at her admission for not watching the show and that she didn’t make it but he was still entranced by the crafstmanship. “I‘ve never seen one.” He admitted quietly.

She smirked at him, “They built it for me stock. Of Course that’s no fun, so I had a go at it with my airbrush.” Kai looked from the figure to her, “You mean you painted this?” He asked in awe. Beaming she nodded her head, “Yup! I’ve painted and customized my fair share of Gunpla! I always loved how this girl always looked like a witch so I thought I would paint her to try and look like one!”

Kai made note of the metal skirt and the headgear that was added to faintly resemble a hat and dress. Shaking his head he smiled and offered the figurine to her. “Well its expertly put together Ms. Okazaki!” She nodded her appreciation as she took the Gunpla and moved to set it on the front of her desk, “I thought it would go well with out lesson on the Crucible.” She beamed. “And how about you Kai-Senpai? Do you enjoy Gunpla?”

It struck Kai how innocent that question seemed at that moment. Did she realize the gateway that type of question was for someone like him? He managed a bitter smile and nodded, “Yes, as a matter of fact.” He said simply. By this point more kids were joining the classroom, the din growing louder with each moment. “I’ll have to show you sometime.” He resigned with a small smile and a nod.

Haruko waved Kai over suddenly as if to tell him something. He smiled sheepishly thinking it was still about Gunpla when she grabbed his arm and made him turn around. “Class this is Kai, he’s our newest student.” Kai then realized he was being formally introduced and that class had started. He soon took his seat near the back of the class. His mind drifted constantly back to the Gunpla on Okazaki’s desk.

Destiny Foretoldhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/6987-destiny-foretold/ CE 75

Major Mikhail

Whoever thought of that was a genius. We all saw the writing on the wall. Two-three years ago maybe? Of course we weren’t all unified. Like any organizations you have your mavericks. Those with the resources and intelligence to break free of the status quo and draw the land in the sand. Those who say, “This is how I’ll do things, how I’ll wage my war.”

While the other forces would deploy massive weapon units, we worked to perfect our order. We worked to craft a force focused as a hard counter. Indeed, we’re nearly complete. Almost ready for the world to fear the shadows. To fear retribution.

Those coordinators, those damned space demons. As smart as they think they are, they underestimate us. They would subjugate us. Of course they would never admit it out loud. They showed their true colors with the previous chairman. We know better now. Unlike the loud portion of my comrades, I’ll admit that not all coordinators are bad. I’ve met more than a few. They can be reasonable. But there is a distinct difference with those born on this blue planet, and whose who would perverse the heavens.

So who is Major Mikhail? I can’t tell you. He’s perhaps one of our greatest remaining assets. Who rallies behind him? People like me. Some who are still brave enough to wear the black uniform; others who wish they could. Those who lives have been severed so severely by the space demons that all they feel is a phantom pain.

Unlike a ghost, we are quite real, quite potent. The energy crisis made us hungry to all things in this world. Some would crave nothing but peace, and I would agree with the sentiment. Others… well… we crave something far more desirable. A notion that tugs on our very souls and demands satisfaction. The world is far from perfect. While we can’t make things right, we do crave one thing above all others.

Justice.

Gunpla in Fukuokahttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/6720-gunpla-in-fukuoka/ The Hakata Gunpla Shop wasn’t the most luxurious place to purchase Gunpla in the Fukuoka area, not by a long shot. While it was near a tourist town, more big chain stores took up a majority of Gunpla’s interest in the region. However, that didn't mean nobody would decide to visit. A tall gentleman by the name of Tendou slowly peeked through one of the few spots not covered with sun-bleached Zeta and ZZ adverts. He had come at the right time, pushing the squeaky door open.

“How are you supposed to get more customers if you don’t keep up with maintenance?” Tendou asked the older owner at the front desk.

Gunpla boxes were haphazardly stacked in rows against the walls, just waiting to topple over. Tendou assumed that some of those No Grades near the bottom hadn’t been touched since the Middle Ages. What room wasn’t taken up by kits was a single Gunpla Battle Hexagon. It was used recently, but he wondered by whom.

“Genji, do you just battle Hi-Mocks all day, or have you actually had someone show up this century?”

Genji had a blank expression that remained unchanged. The old soul got out from behind the counter, making sure to snag his GP base as he strolled up to Tendou. His free hand shook slightly when he opened a nearby cabinet containing around a dozen Gunpla of various types. He settled on one, The O. Zero modifications were made to the kit, but its beauty was proven by high-quality craftsmanship.

“I know why you are here.” Genji uttered softly. “Let's just get this over with.”

PLEASE SET YOUR GP BASE

The two slid their bases into the machine.

PLAVSKY PARTICLE DISPERSAL

The hexagon produced a lifelike depiction of the stars across the universe.

FIELD 1, SPACE

Genji placed his O gently onto the GP Base, scanning the Gunpla and bringing it “to life”. Tendou, on the other hand, procured a Mobile Suit of similar size, albeit with a wider range of weaponry. “Xeku Eins.” Kenji thought as the Sentinel MS was placed onto Tendou’s own Base. “Model damage set to A, eh? Are you THAT confident in your skills?” Kenji knew the risks behind this decision. Neither of these kits will make it out unscathed…

The Field was mostly barren, save for a few asteroids scattered across the arena. Tendou wastes no time in sending a few missiles at The O, mostly as a way to get some of the asteroids between them destroyed. Genji easily dodges as a few hit the space rocks, sending back a couple of beams from his rifle. “Watch it, old man! I clearly have the advantage here!” Once in range, Tendou let loose his machine gun as he maneuvered between beam shots.

While The O’s exterior could take some hits, the bullets did some minor damage to its right leg. Genji pulled back on the controls, hoping to hide behind an asteroid, but the onslaught of missiles and machine gun fire was eventually gonna take its toll. “Just give up already. This is OBJECTIVELY the better Gunpla here!” As Tendou pulled up next to the asteroid, Genji’s MS was gone. “Where-”

Sneaking up from behind, The O held four beam sabers, swinging violently at the Xeku, but Tendou pulled out his own Sub-Arms to defend, blocking the attack with his own sabers. “Grrrrr. Filth.” The Xeku unloaded every single bullet from his Vulcans into the asteroid, creating an array of dust and smoke. “What?” Genji couldn't see a thing, only for the Xeku to appear in front of him with a Sturm Furst in each hand.

BATTLE ENDED

It has a massacre. Nothing from The O remained as the Xeku stood tall in the middle of the hexagon. For the first time, the old man’s face changed, not to sadness but to fear. He knew it was a long shot beating Tendou, but the consequences scared him as his tall opponent pulled out a pistol. “Enough of the children’s game, Genji.” Tendou smirked. “You know what I want.”

An Instinct to Perseverehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/6695-an-instinct-to-persevere/ A red warning flashed across his heads up display, his right leg had been severed. Ishiro hardly grimaced, and instead calmly worked the controls with a refined fervor. The Custom High Mobility Command Graze, rocked forward to steal some momentum from the Custom Barbatos. Ishirio returned the severance of his limb with a decisive shot from his battle rifle straight into the top portion of the gundam. One, two, three; shots barked from his gun with two of the three bullets eating greedily into his enemy’s Gunpla. The groan from across the room told him that the other student was not enjoying that trade.

Ishiro would rather replace a severed limb any day other week compared to the damage he had just rendered to the Barbatos. “Going for a weathered look?” He asked rhetorically, knowing his question would further send his classmate into a haze of anger. The returned growl and the Gundam jerking to try and attack him, caused Ishiro to grin.

Barbatos brought its’ sword mace to bare and swung up at him in the void of space, eager to land another blow. Ishiro backed away, just enough from each swing to give false hope to his opponent. He was running low on ammo for his rifle but he doubted he would need to worry about reloading. He fought the controls to level the rifle on the dancing target, and expertly fired off a round each opening he saw. His shots were sparse at first then rapid like a drummer picking up tempo. Barbatos soon halted its’ swings and even began to get jerked back by the impacts until it finally succumbed to the attacks and exploded.

“End Gunpla Battle.” The robotic voice concluded and the voiceless battlefield of space evaporated. Both of the Gunpla toppled over unable to stand, Ishiro’s worse for wear compared to his opponents. Ishirio let out a sigh as he reached out for his Graze.

“Just what the hell was that Ishiro?”

The boy paused to regard the question from  the club president. The student was a good two grades and heads bigger than Ishiro. The boy paused and even recoiled his hand as the president reached over and snatched up the damaged Graze before he could. Ishiro tilted his head and waited a moment before asking, “What do you mean? That was a fair match.”

The president growl as the brute throttled Ishiro’s Gunpla in front of him. “You know damn well what I mean! We should be building up each other’s battle points not knocking the rest of the class down because you don’t know how to take a fall! I’m giving this Graze to Kaji!”

Ishiro frowned at this declaration and simply replied, “It’s my Gunpla.” Before he could realize what happened the older student slugged him across the face with a fist. “You idiot you’re not listening to me! Anno’s Gunpla Club needs to work together to get a better standing!”

Ishiro sprawled onto the floor, and spat out some blood. Glaring up at the president, “Versus actually getting better at battling?” He dared to ask. He was rewarded with a kick to his gut that all his classmates all cheered in approval. Soon other feet joined in and began to pummel into his lithe body.

Perhaps he should have tried to defend himself. Maybe if he had actually put up a fight he would have stopped them from stealing his precious Graze. It hardly mattered. Ishiro grimaced and grunted as his peers relentlessly kicked and punched him. The blows all soon felt like nothing as he stared blankly ahead, hardly caring about the abuse. At one point he thought he could hear a teacher, though he wasn’t sure if they were stopping or joining in the mayhem.

 ———

The steady beeping slowly roused him out of his slumber. He was always a heavy sleeper and hated any noise that woke him up. That damn beeping wouldn’t stop and seemed to echo his own heart beat. “Someone turn it off..” He grumbled. When no one replied he fluttered his eyes open to see what the noise was.

Ishiro’s eye flew wide open when he found himself in a strange room, one he hadn’t been in before. He shuddered as he realized that the room was indeed familiar but not in the sense he would like to recall. A tear webbed in his eye and spilt down his cheek. He tilted his head to follow the tear and spied his grandmother sleeping peacefully on a couch besides his hospital bed.

He looked at his grandmother for a long while, willing his mind to focus her into a younger more familiar version he longed for. He scoffed after a while when his efforts failed and sniffled as he looked away. Staring at the ceiling he slowly collected himself before nodding slowly. He reached off he bedside and got a notepad. Slowly he wrote out a simple request, “Please order an RG OO Gundam from Lowe’s. Thank you Grandma!”

Winter’s Counter Attackhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2269-winter%E2%80%99s-counter-attack/ “I need more. I need you all to push me further. Strain me to my absolute limit and reaffirm my will to live!” The voice practically begged over the in intercom of its’ black mobile suit. Even as the pilot asked it was clear that their opponent could offer no such obligation.

Shinn gasped in shock as the monitors inside his virtual cockpit shattered into thousands of pieces. Of course the shards couldn’t hurt him, but that didn’t stop him from reaching out in front of himself to try and stop the debris from hitting his avatar. “Just who the hell are you?”

There was a strange rasping laugh that echoed in the open air between his Golden Destiny Gundam and the black mobile suit that was now in front of him. “What does it matter?’ The voice taunted back as it reached forward to claw at the cracked cockpit. Shinn yelled in fear, “What are you doing?” The Golden Destiny tried to swat the invasive arms away only for the dominate black suit to bat the weak limbs away. In mere moments the Diver was soon being held in the clawed hand of the black mobile suit.

Of course this was all virtual, but it was no less terrifying, no less disturbing. “Dude! You’re not going to get any points for shooting me down this way!”

The arm holding the diver suddenly shot forward and into the side of a cliff, rocks showering down over the dazzled diver. He wanted to log off at this point but couldn’t virtually reach up to access his menu. Shinn was by all accounts a pretty good Diver. He had taken on some pretty tough opponents and won. His colleagues respected him and his talents. But this fellow, this monster in front of him, had no respect.

In a low grumble the black Gundam spoke and peered closer, “Who said anything about points? No, let this be a warning… Log off and never come back on. Do I make myself clear?”

Shinn scoffed at the preposterous demand, “Just what the hell are you talking about? You’ll be lucky if I don’t report you to the administration!”

“Joseph Wagner, 3224 West Raindrop Drive…”

Despite himself, the diver gasped and looked upon the terrible machine with a tint of fear over his face. The two stared back for a long while before Shinn, or rather Joseph, gave a small but distinct nod of understanding.

“I will tell you this much…” Even as the black mobile suit spoke it hoisted the helpless Shinn around like a rag doll. “The name is Dantes.” With that simple declaration the black mobile suit suddenly twitched its’ thumb to cause the enemy pilot to dematerialize out of the battlefield in defeat.

“What would you do if you lost her?” Gabriel licked his lips as he asked the question to his impromptu companion. True to their nature the tall man stood up straighter, as if that very notion was impossible to consider. Carefully Zechs searched for a proper answer, “Noin is her own person… it’s not my place to claim ownership over her.”

Despite himself Gabriel chortled at the predictable response before leaning heavier on the railing they were standing next to. The vista of a European countryside was breathtaking before them as the sun sank lower on the horizon. The Psuedo EL Diver wore a peculiar outfit, a mash up of a Phantom Pain uniform with the color and edges of the sleeves flared red, almost like a mix with a Titans uniform.

“I didn’t claim that you did.” Retorted Gabriel with a self deprecating chuckle, “that doesn’t excuse any feelings you may have for her. She is a remarkable woman after all. No, no one can dictate your feelings and how you care about another.” He stared off longingly at the brilliant streaks of orange as they peaked past the low clouds. “What I want to know is, what would Zechs Marquis do to anyone who wronged the woman he loves?”

Gabriel could tell his words struck a nerve as the taller pilot glared at him with that metallic helmet. For a long while the Oz pilot said nothing, a notion that confirmed the words Gabriel spoke, and detailed volumes as to the length the pilot would do for vengeance.

“Or should I be calling you Milliardo?”

Now it was Zechs who scoffed as the pilot casually joined in the gaze at the horizon to mirror Gabriel’s posture. “Heh, I have no idea what you’re talking about.” The man calmly replied as he studied the horizon.

Chuckling Gabriel replied, “Look its fine, like I told you. I know more about you than you about me right now. That’s a big reason why we’re talking-“
“Then just get to the point.” Zechs muttered, though his tone was more restless than annoyed. Clearly the noble soldier was caught somewhere between intrigue and alarm, right where Gabriel wanted him.

“I can’t fully explain the situation right now unfortunately.” Gabriel shifted as he reached into his pocket for something. “All I need to know is that you would do what it takes to protect those that matter to you… and I think you’ve given me the answer I was expecting.”

Zechs stood back up to study the shorter man and attempted to glare at him through his mask. Gabriel stood up to look back at the gifted soldier, “Allow me to free you…” Zechs’ eyes widened in alarm as the Diver pulled out a weapon of some sort and shoved it into the Oz soldier’s chest.

“This is GBN Deep Dives with your scoop on the comings and goings of your Gundam Battle Network!’

The voice was being projected onto the main displays of the lobby. Most of the divers didn’t normally pay the news channel any heed, but lately it had been more relevant than ever. Many groups of divers now paused to regard the multiple screens of the cute new anchor dressed with bunny ears and purple hair. Among the spectators was a young diver by the name of Casval Creed, who stood awestruck by a fountain as he watched the highlight reel begin to play.

“The Force simply  known as Dantes has struck again! Within the last two weeks this relatively unknown force as quickly climbed the ranks at an astonishing pace! They are now slated to be within the top five Forces in the entire network. What makes this all the more incredible is that there has only been one reported Gunpla at every one of their team battles!”

The video snapped to a clip of the black mobile suit as it stood within the flaming wreckage of an opposing Force. The scheme was a matte black, with chrome and red metal highlights across the body of the mobile suit. On the left shoulder was the stylized emblem of Dantes; a red outlined rapier that pointed down to the left and  seemed to merge into a wolf’s head on the pommel and handle on the upper right. The make of the suit itself seemed hard to discern other than it being a unique take on the Gundam Vidar, if even that.

Casval whistled low as he saw the stats of Dantes pop up on the screen next. It was an impressive record for a force simply composed of one. His own small force had been doing pretty well in recent dealings as well, but no where compared to the climb Dantes had. For being made around the same time it was astonishing to see what one could do so quickly. He smiled as he considered his team of Sayla and Meer. The trio worked quite well as a team and he hoped that the Force simply known as Allegiance would keep on its’ steady course as well.

“In other news, there is yet another reported case of a missing person who was last seen logged into GBN just a few days ago. As always if you have any information regarding the missing individuals please contact the administration who will work with local law enforcement to –“

Casval stopped listening as he brought up his menu and loaded up a new mission. He was feeling a little out of practice and was itching for a fight. He saw his chance when a battle royal popped up. “Maybe I’ll get some sweet loot for competing in this…” he mused as he clicked “join”.

Seven years after the assassination of George Glen, a young man named Raymond Hermes arrives in Orb and is welcomed into the Athha household as a guest by Uzumi Nara Athha and his  five year old son, Kira. Hermes, 13, is in truth the clone of George Glenn, the first coordinator, a fact know only to Uzumi and his closest comrades. (Good)

(Event) September CE60, Prince Kira Athha is sent to the PLANT- located Copernicus school to begin his studies along with bodyguard Dorntrold Kisaka. Raymond Hermes accompanies, benefitting from both traditional education as well as Dorntrold's tutelage as he prepares to become Kira's personal bodyguard. (Good)

(Event) July CE 61: A delayed scientific expedition funded by the Kingdom of Scandinavia returns from Jupiter aboard the Tsiolkovsky-class Jupitris. The cargo bay of the Jupitris contains, among other things, a solid block of ice encasing what is denominated Evidence 02 - the carcass of an unknown, massive creature thought to be of the same species as the Evidence 01 fossil. Evidence 02 was apparently found encrusted in an ice asteroid, where it was painstakingly extracted by the science team before resuming their course for Earth. With the Jupitris now stationed in orbit, the Kingdom's brightest minds debate what should be done with Evidence 02. As always, many voices demand a non-invasive, ethical study of the creature, but some unorthodox voices within the scientific community begin to grow louder. They propose extracting the creature's genetic material to create an exact duplicate of it, or experimenting with the use of alien DNA in human embryos. (Bad)

(Event) CE 62: The Kingdom of Scandinavia becomes a nexus of influential scientist, philosophers, and businessmen who seek to further discover the truths behind the Evidence 02 which has affectionately been labeled the “Whale Lord”. With government permission a clandestine operation begins to perform genetic research. The people involved almost form a Cult-like affiliation with the process and there is no publicity about the endeavor. What is known is that the kingdom is successful in obtained lost research about artificial wombs which it secretly hopes to apply to their new project . (Bad)

(Event) May CE67: Rondo Mina Sahaku contacts a lead engineer within the Zodiac Alliance of Freedom Treaty's military design bureau and convinces her that data on ZAFT's wonder weapons of tomorrow will be paramount to ensure Orb's sovereignty in the future. The engineer, born and raised in Orb, hands over data on the YMF-01M Proto MISH, a new kind of weapon classified as a 'Mobile Suit'. After Mina's return to the Sahaku estate with this information, her brother Gina transfers the data to Morgenröte, Orb's national munitions company, and commissions Erica Simmons, their best engineer, to secretly design a Mobile Suit capable of surpassing the MISH, the Proto MISH's speculated successor. Simmons begins work on Project 1001, codename 'High Swan'. (Good)DDDAC9ED-9CAB-4591-93DA-F5151FF1AC22.thumb.jpeg.3adb02808b6ccdb89b6b5342e12a3b2a.jpeg

(Event) CE 68: Having worked closely with ZAFT for weapons development and being one of the most tolerant coordinator countries on earth; Orb enters into an alliance with the newly independent ZAFT. The earth alliance is unnerved by this action and a harsh “Cold War” build up begins in the Omni controlled areas surrounding the region. (Good)

(Event) February CE 68: Erica Simmons is now able to stage a test for the latest iteration of Project 1001: the ZO-00MS Hochschwann. She pits Mina at the lead of a MISH and GINN squad against Gina in the Hochschwann. While Gina defeats the OPFOR MS with ease, the brutal acceleration and G-forces of his machine prove too much for his body, forcing him to land in a secluded island and await rescue. An Orb Heli rushes the Sahaku twin to a Hospital MISH; however, with all other MS totaled in the mock battle, the Hochschwann can't be reached in time by friendly forces and is promptly hijacked by a blonde youth, who escapes unseen to the United States of South America aboard a cargo ship. Unbeknownst to Orb, their prototype has been stolen by none other than the Lightning Countess: Seis Marquesa, USSA's star cosmonaut and jet fighter pilot. (Good)

(Event) March 16th, CE69: The ZAFT-Orb League (Also referred to as Zorb) makes the first official strike against the Earth Alliance by attacking Japan with their new mobile suits, ZAFT’s GINN and Orb’s M0 Tray. The Sahaku twins lead the charge in mysterious MS called Eagel and Falcun, causing chaos and bloodshed within the country. The Republic of East Asia, with no mobile suits of their own, call for the Earth Alliance to create new technology to combat the threat. (Bad)

May-July CE 69: The USSA makes a backroom deal with the Atlantic Federation under the impression that the AF is betraying the EA, when in reality the EA orchestrated it. In exchange for data on the Hochschwann and other stolen technology, the USSA receives enough funds to continue remaining independent. After a few months, the “G-Project” led by Duane Halberton produces 2 cutting edge mobile suits, the GAT-01G Guide Gundam and the GAT-02A Artillery Gundam. Their pilots, Mu La Flaga and Rena Imelia are sent out to war as other Gundam mobile suits are created in the Eurasian Federation, Republic of East Asia, and South African Union. (Good)

(Event) January CE 69: Yuna Roma Seiran flees Orb to defect to the Earth Alliance. Hoping to get a political pardon in exchange for information on Orb, he realizes he has nothing of merit and is immediately imprisoned by the Alliance. (Good)

(Event) CE 69: Combat Coordinator Gai Murakumo, in seeing the forthcoming escalation of the conflict between the Earth Alliance and the United Earth Sphere Freedom Treaty, breaks free of his Earth Alliance conditioning and defects to the USSA where he forms the mercenary group Basalisco under the assumed alias of Snake Eye

(Event) October CE 69: After the creation of Basilisco in the USSA, a new mercenary outfit is founded in the South African Union. Secretarybird Defense, established by Dante Gordigniani and Elsa Weiss, initially fields captured and modified GINNs, however, their skill soon catches the eye of the South African Union's Directorate of Mobile Suit design. Secretarybird is loaned the GAT-03M Mongoose Gundam to push the limits of the machine and help in its development. For this purpose, Dante sets his sights on Snake Eye, a promising target who should be just good enough to deliver what the SAU is looking for... (Bad)

(Event) December CE 69:
Bleeding Argentina
Secretarybird launches a preemptive strike on Basilisco forces at their base in Tierra del Fuego. The multi-day battle bleeds eastwards across the Argentinian border, alerting USSA leadership, which sends a contingent of prototype Cicero mobile suits to intervene. The Ciceros are quickly dispatched by the Mongoose gundam, which proves to be the deciding factor in the protracted battle. In the end, Basilisco is wiped out and its leader is presumed KIA. (Bad)

(Event) CE 70, after a brief cooling period in the initial skirmishes, the Plants and Orb legitimize their pact and become The United Earth-Sphere Freedom Treaty, welcoming in representatives from the Kingdom of Scandanavia. Their military branch, still known as the ZAFT-Orb League, is overseen by Patrick Zala, with Ezalia Joule working in tandem with Erika Simmons as head of R&D

(Event) CE 70: An attack on the Eurasian Satellite Artemis decimates the military base once thought invincible. Amongst the wreckage an entrepreneuristic group of scrap dealers known as the Junk Guild discover a damaged but operational prototype mobile suit.  The Junk Tech Lowe Guele takes the mobile suit and in turns causes his faction to go on the run using his newly discovered Gundam for “good deeds” along the way. (Good)

(Event) CE 70: With the growing hostilities around the world, the Kingdom of Scandinavia begins to deploy their reserve forces for training. Amongst their troops are a number of dark, almost bronze skinned, recruits with white hair; all with similar features. These recruits sparsely speak with anyone besides the others that look like them and seem young barely old enough to serve. Despite any awkwardness they work tremendously well with each other and are able to out perform all other reservists. Perhaps the most alarming quality amongst all of them is the tendency for violence and aggression. There even begins to circulate rumors of similar looking individuals appearing in both the OMNI enforcers and ZAFT forces. (Bad)

(Event) October 31st CE 70: With the creation of UESFT, the conflict later known as the “First Cosmic War” becomes official. Violence spreads across the planet and the colonies as over 100,000 people die on the very first day, also later referred to as “Halloween Hell”. The fighting is most brutal in Central America as the Earth Alliance and USSA fight for control of the western hemisphere. The Archangel, head by Duane Halberton along with Murrue Ramius as XO, is made the flagship of the assault that includes La Flaga and Imelia. The Eastern Hemisphere doesn’t fare much better for the EA and UESFT due to the influx of smaller groups like Secretarybird. Yzak Joule and Nicol  Amalfi are sent to the European Front as the 8th Revolution Team, consisting of orange MS, are sent to the Asian Front (Bad)

(Event) March 16th CE 71: The UESFT colony Heliopolis is attacked by the Earth Alliance due to receiving information that a new multi environmental battleship called the “Mundi” is being housed there. In the attempt to steal the ship, most of the Mundi’s crew and CGUE pilots are killed, including Dearka Elsman. Its Captain, Rau Le Creuset, orders a full scale retreat with the surviving crew and any civilians they could save. The civilians are later sent away as the Mundi meets with the other Le Creuset ships, but one civilian decides to stay onboard the Mundi after proving her piloting skills in a mock battle. Cagalli Musashi, an engineering student, is conscripted into the ranks of the CGUE pilots. The three surviving pilots, Rusty Mackenzie, Athrun Zala, and Kira Athha are impressed with her abilities. (Good)

(Event) March 16th CE 71: Cagalli Musashi meets Rei Ulster, Rau Le Creuset's aide-de-camp, who becomes her first acquaintance aboard the Mundi. The two ladies quickly strike a friendship and Rei gives Cagalli a tour of the ship. Unbeknownst to her, Rei is a hardliner who subscribes to Patrick Zala's ideology, having been orphaned at a very young age by Blue Cosmos, and taken under Rau's wing. Harboring a deep grudge against Naturals, she sets out to manipulate Cagalli and turn her into a vehicle for her vengeance... by any means necessary. (Bad)

(Event) April 1 CE 71: In retaliation for the destruction of Heliopolis, a joint UESFT unit consisting of Orb and ZAFT soldiers, is sent to infiltrate and commandeer the Artemis base. The Wandering Wolf unit, spearheaded by Nathaniel Barondell and Lowell Baskerville, successfully disguise themselves as Earth Alliance soldiers in the first phase of what would late be known as Operation Jokers Wild. (Good)

(Event) May 5 CE 71: In an attempt to deliver a death blow to the Earth Alliance a massive collation attack on Joshua Base commences. The attack is spearheaded by Nathanial Barondell in the Freedom Gundam, and Lowell Baskerville in the Justice Gundam. The Overwhelming combined firepower of the the test units blitz into the base where they discover the Cyclops system. The united forces quickly disengage at the discover but not without a costly retreat. The battle will be considered a bloody stalemate but a strategic loss for the Alliance. It begins a series of events that signify the end of the war. (Good)

(Event) October 24th-31st CE 71: The Battle of Iceland. After a series a strategic mishaps by the Earth Alliance, the faction is pushed into a corner, sending most of their forces to Heaven’s Gate in Iceland. The Archangel, along with a few others, ignore this order and defect to UESFT as they make their final assault along with the Mundi and many other UESFT soldiers. Without the option to use the Cyclops System, the battle takes place nonstop for a single week as the two forces are pushed against each other. During this, the Archangel makes a last ditch effort to destroy the control room, but the ship and its crew are lost in the kamikaze attack. Mu and his wife Rena join up with the Mundi and the Earth Alliance surrenders. With Rei Ulster personally putting a bullet in Muruta Azrael’s head, Blue Cosmos is effectively finished as well.
For not getting in UESFT’s way, the USSA is given the western world and pledges loyalty to UESFT as they quickly take control of the rest of the planet and space. Patrick Zala rises to become the leader of the Earth Sphere and the First Cosmic War comes to a close. However, Logos begins planting agents throughout the new world government, hoping to someday start another conflict… (Bad)

(Event) November CE 71: With the battle of Iceland resolved, the remaining Earth Forces shatter into disarray. In a move to deny the UESFT resources many military units desert overnight and form private military companies. With key Blue Cosmos agents destroying vital enlistment records there’s no reliable way to dispute the legitimacy of such organizations. Decentralized and seemingly without hierarchy, these “Ronin” groups plant the seeds for future resistance, with many Blue Cosmos leaders at the helm of the various commands. There remains many sparks of conflict in the following the War though nothing substantial for some time. (Bad)

With an Imperial fleet hiding at the dark side of the moon, the Empire makes quick work of the rag tag confederate fleet. Fighting moves to a climatic battle in the palace of Theed itself. The Antimundi’s along with liberated B1 legions route prominent confederates into the palace. Satisfied that the “womprats had been cornered” Grand Admiral Thrawn pulls back his Antimundi troops then orders a full orbital bombardment of Theed. (Event) 20 BBY: Quarsh Panaka is the first to be given the title of Moff, and is given control over his native Chommell sector. However, the unnecessarily brutal methods of Grand Admiral Thrawn resulted in the destruction of his beloved home and the death of many innocent acquaintances, including his nephew, Gregar Typho. The Moff and his wife Mariek, holding a grudge against the Grand Admiral and, to some extent, the Empress, make a vow 'to make them all pay'. Carefully maintaining their official positions and attempting to rebuild what is left of Naboo, Mariek makes the acquaintance of Chandrilan Senator Mon Mothma, while Quarsh cautiously evaluates approaching an Onderonian insurgent by the name of Saw Gerrera. (Good)

(Event) 24 BBY: The Hutt Regime sends a bounty hunter duo to assassinate Wat Tambor of the Techno Union, a weapons manufacturer for both the Empire and CIS. Qymaen jai Sheelal and HBP-04 are able to succeed in their mission, but the bomb they planted in Wat’s chambers kills a total of 47 Union members and civilians causing more chaos than the Hutts intended. (Bad)

> (Scene) In the streets of Ryloth, a squad of Antimundi are commanded by an elite Stormtrooper to guard what looked to be just a hole in the ground, but in reality led to the chambers of a captured Hutt by the name of Ziro. Four bounty hunters watched from one of the nearby rooftops as Antimundi made their patrols. Two IG models stood diligently behind Jango Fett and Latts Razzi, awaiting their orders from the former Mandalorian. “Those soldiers shouldn’t be a challenge.” Stated Latts while she looked through her macrobinoculars. “It’s the Stormtrooper that worries me a bit. They’ve taken out their fair share of Hutt clan members and I’d rather not join them.” She turned to Fett. “What’s the plan boss?”

Jango stood besides Latts, monitoring the situation with his rangefinder. He regarded the Theelin for a moment before returning his gaze to the guards. “The whole situation is less than ideal.” He announced solemnly, “then again what situation ever is?” He asked rhetorically. A trace of a smile could be heard on his masked voice though it would be impossible to tell. Nodding to the two droids he stood up straight. “We have no choice but to hit them hard and fast. If we focus on the stormtroopers first we might overwhelm them. The rest should fall east after that. We all know hutts can’t move fast so we have to secure the area before we get Ziro out..” Normally that would be that but he knew better than to dictate to these droids without having their input. “Is that an acceptable amount of risk for this job?” His tone was more challenging than questioning. Hutts paid good money though, and last thing he wanted was for it to fall apart based on his own arrogance.

> IG-88 turned their cylindrical head from the target and faced the Mandalorian. "Acceptable? Indeed. Anti-Mundis have a genetic defect that effects their accuracy. This combined with the Hutt's increased tolerance for injury suggests that eliminating the elite forces would be the correct course of action. I trust you will be taking the lead, Jango Fett. This is your plan after all. "
> 88's red eyes flickered momentarily as it turned to look back at the hole. "Alternatively, we could utilize the ventilation systems to disperse a toxin. Hutts are resiliant, and Ziro should not be adversely affected. It would help us clear the area, but it would also take away some of the...thrill,"

> HELIOS-3D surveilled the Imperial squad through the scope of its sniper rifle. It addressed the rest of the team in an assertive, mechanical tone, without taking its optical sensors off the Stormtrooper squad leader. "Regardless of your approach, I will stay on this rooftop and shoot for the Stormtrooper first. We must syncronize and focus our attacks on her, in case any single one of our attempts fails. Once she is dealt with, I will provide cover and update you on the situation above ground. When the package is secured and the sector is clear, I will await your signal to take off and fly the ship in for extraction."
> “Hutt Clan scum!” The Stormtrooper ignited her lightsaber as she pointed at the bounty hunters. In response, the Antimundi began firing at the rooftop. “So much for surprise…” Latts stated, sending her grappling boa down toward the nearest Antimundi. With a single crack of the whip, the soldier’s neck snapped, giving Latts the opportunity to jump off the roof without any trouble. “I’ll head for Ziro.” She uttered while choking another Antimundi. “Take out that Jedi!”

Period: 22BBY-19BBY The Hidden War

As the war rages on, the shifting allegiances begin to seep into the criminal underworld as Bounty Hunters find themselves on opposing sides of the conflict. Thus begins the Hidden War, where Bounty Hunters are hired to fight a series of unseen proxy wars by shadowy benefactors paying several hundred times the normal amounts. Old friends and allies are pitted against each other while other hunters find themselves forging bonds with old enemies as blood flows across the galaxy.

(Event) 21BBY: Massive Kyber Crystals are discovered in the Outer Rim planet of Utapau. The Empire and the CIS field regular forces and logistics equipment to take the fight to the opposing side and sustain mining operations in the planet. In addition, elite forces are deployed to hamper the attempts of the other side to unearth crystals. The Empire sends in Vader Team, led by Clone Commando Rancor of the Jum Rango template, to acquire as many of these crystals as possible for Project Skywalker. The CIS hires the services of Aurra Sing and places her in command of Ventress-type clones, ordering her to bring any acquired crystals to the new Foreman of the Techno Union, Walton Wesner. Finally, the Hutts send Jango Fett and Shaak Ti to the planet along with HELIOS-3D and KRONOS-327, to let both sides prepare the crystals for shipping, then steal them once the heavy lifting has been taken care of. (Bad)

(Event) 21BBY: Still at odds with her exile, the Duchess Satine places a bounty on the Mandalore Pre Vizla. Apprehensive at first, the bounty hunter Jango Fett takes on the job and fights Vizla on the moon of Conchord. A defeated Vizla imparts the dark saber to the bounty hunter and warns that Satine will never know her position again in this renewed mandalorian culture. Giving the Dark Saber to Jango now makes him the defacto leader of the Mandalorians. A fact that Darth Maul doesn’t take a liking to. (Good)

(Event) 20 BBY: The Hutt Regime’s leaders are slaughtered by a single bionic man known as “Hambrabi Sting” using a fatal toxin during a party. Kenanji and Ziro the Hutt only catch the glimpse of Sting as they pass on. The murderer immediately disappears, causing chaos for who’s to be the next leader. Because of this, the entire clan collapses under itself as Empire, CIS, and bounty hunters quickly absorb Hutt territory into their own. (Bad)

(Event) 20 BBY: With the Hutt clan’s collapse there is weakness on Tatooine. Seeing a chance to spur righteousness to the people on the planet the exiled Satine along with Kenobi and Lars lead a revolt against Jabba and push the Hutt out of power. Satine reluctantly takes up the position of governor for the planet and begins freeing slaves and installing other social reforms on the planet.

Microscope - Advent Universal Centuryhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/4636-microscope-advent-universal-century/ Let’s see if we can make our own Gundam timeline!
Frosty found a good Reddit post that explains the game.

To make this work online we’ll use this topic to organize everything. We’ll post our turns here and I’ll go through and update this post and putting everything in order where it goes. Just be sure to clearly label what your post is i.e. Period, Event, Scene. I’m sure as we go along it’ll make sense and we’ll flesh out the process more too.
We’ll also coordinate the game with a discord sub channel too.

Cheers!

(Period) UC 0080: The Southern California Offensive (Good)

(Event)August UC: 0080, Formation of the 9th MS team

After exemplary duty on the battlefield, Karen Joshua is promoted and put in command of the newly formed 09th MS team. Given the opportunity to hand pick her squad, Joshua is joined by CPO Roy Sanders as her second in command along with Michel Ninorich, Eledore Massis, and recent transfer Kou Uraki. Together, the 09th is put in charge of leading the Southern California Offensive (Good)

(Event) UC 0080: Zimmad's testbed unit, the Mishi High Ground Mobility Test Type, along with test pilot Aina Sahalin, are deployed to the occupied Groom Lake Base in Nevada. This unit is intended to help design a new mass production unit with superior ground mobility. At first conducting speed and maneuverability tests in the region's salt flats, Aina and her Mishi are soon redirected to the Californian Front in order to test the unit in combat against Federation forces. (Good)

(Event) September UC 0080, Aina is reunited with her brother Ginias at the Zeon Fortress located in LA underground network. Her brother has been working on a secret weapon which he hopes will shift the tide of the war. The Apsaras program is a master AI program meant to hack enemy mobile suit AI’s effectively turning federation suits into zombie slave units with helpless pilots trapped inside. Thus far he has had limited success with Gunboys and other older units, he hopes to eventually create a master key that would afford him full control of all mobile suits on a battlefield. Unfortunately for him he does not take into account bleeding edge units such as the limited production Gundams. (Bad)

(Event) September UC 0080, Ginias launches an assault across California, leaving the Federation Forces scattered. However, the 9th MS Team is able to find an opening into the LA underground network with large amounts of resistance. Aina, who has given Zimmad enough testing to start production on the Dom, is joined by Norris Packard in a custom Speed Mishi. The battle is fierce, with Sanders having to sacrifice himself to kill Norris. As Aina goes deeper into the underground, Michel takes charge of Sanders’ MS. (Good)

(Event) October UC 0080
Joshua, now piloting the field-modified Ground Gundam Ez-9, spearheads the mission into the LA underground. There, the 09th MS team unveil a massive AI supercomputer, the brain center of the Apsaras program. Via the combined efforts of Joshua, Uraki, and Michel, the 09th is able to destroy the Apsaras, though not without losses. Aina Sahalin is supposedly killed in combat alongside Michel Ninorich and ten square miles of Los Angeles is destroyed. The surviving members of the 09th are relocated to the eastern North American front. (Good)

UC 0079 The Two Year War (Bad)

(Scene) February 14th 0079

> Within the city of Von Braun, a speech is broadcasted all across the Earth Sphere that will change the course of history forever…
> “Ladies and gentlemen of the Earth Sphere, I am Johann Ibrahim Revil. As Supreme Commander of the Earth Federation Space Force, I have watched the Zeonic Commonwealth turn from a fledging detractor of the Federation to a brutal government hellbent on obtaining more and more power! Any attempts at peace have been met with violence and Jimba Ral’s ideals will lead to chaos in all of the Earth Sphere! His family and the Deikun’s wish for control, not understanding! Citizens of Earth, we cannot continue to turn our heads and let more of our lives be lost because of their tyranny. That’s why on this day, February 14th, 0079 of the Universal Century, I announce the official Declaration of war with all of the Commonwealth! We will end this rebellion once and for all!”

> “That fool Revil!”Jimba growled as he watched the broadcast. He looked around the throne room bewildered and seemed equally startled to see Artesia there beside him watching the same address. The old man pointed his finger accusingly at the imagery of Revil, “you see? Do you see how his soul is weighed down by gravity? Your father was right all along! The federation will never accept spacenoids as the natural progression for humanity!” Jimba turned to snarl at the screen, “we have no choice now… we have to retaliate before they come down on all spacenoids” the old man seemed like he was mostly grumbling to himself as the speech unfolded.
> Artesia stood by her secretary, a young girl roughly her age, who wore a military uniform, a white head band and tied her long black hair on a single braid behind her back. The princess appeared unmoved by the Prime Minister's rambling. Her cold sapphire eyes fixated in the visage of General Revil in the screen, and the massive Federation symbol behind him. It took her back to that fateful day, the day she stared down the cannons of a frightening giant, bearing that very symbol on its chest. "The hatred..."

> Unbeknownst to Ramba he mimicked his father’s reaction to an extent. The younger Ral stood on the bridge of the Zanzibar arms crossed and scowl etched on his face. “That’ll do it.” He murmured, carefully measuring his reaction. The admiral knew better than to overreact in front of his men. Bemused he silently turned to regard his protege Casval to see how the young heir would react.

>Casval Rem Deikun's eyes narrowed as Revil concluded his speech. Shifting from the screen to his mentor, Casval nodded at Ramba and adjusted the collar of his cape. "Open up a line. I'll make an announcement of my own" Casval said to a nearby comms technician. He knew that his sister and Jimba would disapprove of such a retaliatory action, but things were different now. "The line is open, your Excellency," the technician said. Casval rose his feet and cleared his throat.
"Brothers and sisters. As you may have just heard, the Earth sphere has officially declared war on us. And for what? Because they cannot abide our freedom. They cannot accept that we wish to live our lives free of the constraints of humanity's history, free of its errors and misdeeds. They cannot see that we wish to save the Earth, to preserve her. To them, we are just another resource to be controlled. But they do not control us. We will not be subjugated nor shamed by these false accusations of aggression. Let it be known that the people of Earth fired the first shot, that the blood spilled in this war will be on their hands. I know you may be scared, but I need your help. Hand in hand, we will fight for our freedom, fight to protect our futures. For glorious Zeon,"

(Event) UC 0079, Federation Scientist and project lead on the Gunboy, Tem Ray, moves his paraplegic son, Amuro Ray, to Side 7. Amuro, 15 years old, utilizes a pair of hip-mounted exo-legs assisted by a medical AI named Haro. He is a technological wiz-kid with a university-level education in mechanical and computer engineering but is physically frail and incapable of piloting conventional mobile suits

(Event) U.C 0079, The Earth Federation adopts the GM (GunMan) as its mainline production Mobile Suit to counter Zeon's forces. Long vindicated by the Mishi menace, General Revil is given the green light to put Tem Ray in charge of Project V, intended to develop a high-performance Mobile Suit based on the Gunman that will allow allied aces such as Job John, Farland Yuiran and Buran Blutarch to keep their edge over their Zeon counterparts. (Good)

(Event) UC 0080, After receiving intelligence on the Earth Federation's new superiority fighter, Gundam, the Commonwealth of Zeon decides to take preemptive action. A strike unit lead by Zeon ace Johnny Ridden, known as the Crimson Meteor, infiltrates Side 7 with prototype Mishi 2s with the goal of capturing the Gundam. Taking emergency countermeasures, 35% of Side 7's population, including Tem and Amuro Ray, evacuate to the incomplete battleship, the EFFS Cathedral. The Cathedral's escape is covered by the Gundam, piloted by a yet-unknown ace. Side 7 is destroyed and thousands of lives are lost.

(Event)UC 0080 "Red Sunday"
Under the pretense of ceremonial war games to commemorate the anniversary of Zeon Zum Deikun's death, Casval Rem Deikun is assassinated by Garfield Zink. Casval's death is ruled an accident,  the tragic result of a live round misfire from Zink's suit. The people of Zeon are given a week of mourning and Zink is sent to the front line to remove him from the public eye and the many calls for his arrest. He is tasked instead with hunting down the Cathedral and the Gundam. Conspiracies abound that Deikun's death was orchestrated by Gihren Zabi but these theories are never proven. (Bad)

(Event) UC0080, With the astounding survivability of the Cathedral and the Gundam Rumors begin circulating about the pilot’s abilities and how they appear “supernatural”. Some even claim that it is proof that Zum was correct about the next stage of human evolution as Newtypes begin to appear throughout the conflict. (Good)

(Event) UC 0080, Dr. Lon Flanagan finds his second Newtype pilot: An idealistic young soldier from Side 5 by the name of Char Aznable. Having awakened to his true abilities through a rivalry with Federation ace Buran Blutarch, Char is assigned as the test pilot of the Speed Mishi, a MS with aerial capabilities which hopes to counter Buran's G-3 Gunman, a testbed for the RV-80's magnet coating technology. (Bad)

(Event) May 0080: The Cathedral is sent off course from space and descends into Turkey. They comes across “Genie”, a mercenary group made up of disillusioned Federation and Zeon soldiers who control most of the Middle East. Their leader, Yazan Gable, causes a few skirmishes with the Cathedral as they cross through Turkey, eventually making it through with the use of the Gundam’s new Striker, the Violate Pack. Genie is effectively finished after the deaths of Yazan and Rommel. (Good)

(Event) June 0080:
The Cathedral lands in Galway, Ireland at the local Federation base to resupply. Captain Forer’s request for more mobile suits is accepted, but Zeonic spies are watching. Waiting for when the time is right, Lieutenant Colonel Cima Garahau attacks the base using a squad of a new amphibious mobile suit, the Acguy. While they are able to get the upper hand on the Cathedral’s MS, the reinforcements of GM Land Combat Types led by Otto Mitas cause Cima to retreat. Otto along with his squadmates then join the Cathedral. (Good)

(Event) October UC 0080,
The EFFS, having found itself in Germany, is still hounded by Cima Garahau, now joined by Zeon Aces Johnny Ridden and Garfield Zink. In a protracted battle within the city of Dresden, Gundam pilot Kai Shiden makes an impassioned plea to Ridden. Aided by their newtype connection, Ridden finds a new understanding of Shiden's ideals and defects to the Earth Federation, taking his prototype mobile suit, the Gelgouf, with him. Shiden and Ridden develop a mentor-student relationship that lasts until Ridden's disappearance at the Battle of Zahn. (Good)

(Event) December 0080, the Cathedral uses the Federation's Mass Driver south of Jaburo to launch into space. Char Aznable's Speed Mishi team attempts to destroy the mass driver to stop this from happening, but Buran Blutarch's Gundam GT-FOUR totals Char's MS and kills most of his team. With this crushing defeat, Char and what's left of his unit is ordered to retreat to space himself. (Good)

UC 0081 The stalemate of the war and formation of Radical Federation Forces (Bad)

(Event) UC 0081 - The 09th MS Team leads a ground assault against Guineas Sahalin's fortress in New Yark, with support from Buran Blutarch in the air and Morgan Bargue in the sea. Before being captured and scuttling his computers, Guineas activates Apsaras v.3. After infiltrating the secret Federation research facility in Side 6, Noisy Fairy Squadron is astonished to find out their intelligence gathering device has been used as a proxy to overwrite the programming of Gundam NT-1's autonomous piloting unit, causing it to activate and break out of the facility, before opening fire on every living being on sight. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0081 - As requested by Killy Garrett, the Tivvay-class *Graf Zeppelin* and her escorts, the *Siegfried* and the *Valkyrie*, arrive on Side 6 to reinforce Noisy Fairy, Scarlet Team and the *Gray Phantom* against the berserk NT-1 Gundam, which is using test pilot Lilith Aidan to detect other Newtypes and amplify its own capabilities. When the combined force fails to put a dent on the NT-1, which destroys the *Gray Phantom*, Captain Von Helsing quickly orders Noisy Fairy to retreat and places an empty *Valkyrie* between the fleet and the Gundam. Once the autonomous Mobile Suit approaches the *Valkyrie*, Von Helsing detonates several nuclear warheads on board, apparently sending the NT-1 and Aidan off in a blaze of nuclear light. After the battle, the *Graf Zeppelin* and the *Zeppelin* take in Noisy Fairy, what remains of Scarlet Team and as many Side 6 refugees as they can before heading back. (Bad)

(Event) January 0081:
From January 21th to the 29th, The Battle of Zahn took place. Zahn, also known as Side 1 was bombarded by the Zeonic Commonwealth due to its status as the Earth Federation’s administrative center in space. The EFFS Cathedral, along with many others, are sent to partake in this large scale conflict. One of the bloodiest battles during the Two Year War’s history culminates when the Gundam pilot eventually finds his rival Garfield’s Gyan Krieger, an assault version of the Commonwealth’s latest mass production mobile suit. Each continuing to proclaim Marion Welch as their soulmate, their conflict ends inside the colony of Shangri-La. It is there when the two meet each other in person for the first time.

Garfield Zink pulls off his mask to reveal himself as Garma Zabi, though he states that name died in the same botched rescue that gave him his facial scars. The Gundam pilot takes off his helmet to reveal himself as Kai Shiden, a Side 7 immigrant who has showed great potential as a pilot during the war. As the two fight hand to hand, Marion communicates with them through their shared Newtype trait. She decides that neither man is her soulmate and that she’ll be leaving soon for Mars with other Newtypes. Heartbroken, the two lose their will to fight each other, leaving the damaged Gundam and Gyan behind.

The battle ends with a Zeonic Commonwealth victory, but few soldiers on either side remain… (Good)

(Event) February 0081, Battle at A Baoa Qu. The Cathedral is deployed one last time along with the remaining Federation Spade Forces to fight at the Zeon Fortress. Though not nearly as bloody as the battle of Zhan it is seen as the last major battle of the war. The Cathedral is seen as the flagship for the earth forces during the operation, however without her Gundam protector the Cathedral only does so well. At long last the Cathedral is sunk near the climax at the battle, although much of her notable crew manages to abandon ship and survive the final battle.

(Event) UC 0081 a group of Zeon Extremists who publicly announced themselves as Newtypes commandeer a heavily damaged colony and orchestrate a colony drop on the earth. Though much of the colony breaks up upon contact with the atmosphere a significant portion does damage the Federation’s crop supply. The act thrusts both sides to cease hostilities and coexist in a “Cold War” type of stalemate. This event doesn’t sit well with many Federation Hardliners and they begin to create their own military faction within the ranks. Dawning black uniforms they begin to call themselves the Titans. Meanwhile due to the publicity, “Newtypes “ begin to get a negative connotation, though it is highly debatable that little if any actual Newtypes took part of the operation. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0081, At a business retreat at a luxurious resort in North America, members of several corporate powerhouses watch in horror as the colony drop happens just over their heads. Outrage and disgusted by such horrific actions taken by “Newtypes” the members of the various company boards vow to collate their collective wealths and fund any efforts to retaliate. Years later the members of these company’s would be regarded almost as modern myth much like an Illuminati. In order to submerse strict federation tax codes they form a new company to essentially launder their funds. Coincidentally the company would go on  to be successful and recognizable with their own brand of product, namely a Soft Drink going by the name of Zapp. (Good)

(Event) UC 0081, following the rise of Newtypes during the war the extreme federal forces begin actively manufacturing synthetic Newtypes or “Cyber Newtypes” through various labs they have established on earth and space. (Bad)

(Event) February 0081: As the war begins to draw to a close, Challia Bull flees to Mars with a small group of Newtypes and experimental mobile weapons from the Flanagan Institute, taking advantage of a nearby conflict to escape easily. Included amongst this group is Bull’s young protege, Paptimus Scirocco. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0082: The Newtypes finally reach Mars to begin colonization. Challia Bull names their population the “Martians”, pleased with their new life. Soon after, the first child is born. Sojourner Scirocco, the son of Paptimus and Marion. Even as a baby, he displays an extreme amount of Newtype potential. (Good)

(Period) UC 0081 The Riah Incident (Bad)

(Event) UC 0081. The Cathedral-Class Gray Phantom, a Federation warship, docks inside Libot and transfers a shipment to a secret Federation R&D facility, which uses it to assemble a black Gundam with a sinister aura. Personnel inside the facility and even patients inside the UN Medical Center above start reporting strange symptoms whenever the Gundam is turned on for testing. This confidential unit quickly develops the reputation of a "cursed" mobile suit. (Bad)60466AD2-1E29-4C37-9862-2A91C96C96DA.thumb.png.d558afdc726041c87e0edb85c4286037.png

Status: nominal

Power: nominal

Mobility: restricted

Connection: hardwire

AI defense algorithm: Initiated

Query: What is a newtype? Information insufficient. Utilize hardwire connection, assume environment to be hostile. Files retrieved, manifest of probably Newtypes collated.

Query: Where is the nearest Newtype? Location data unreliable, last known locations indicate lower probability at acquisition.

Query: How to find Newtypes? Access colony mainframe, prioritize medical equipment. Discretion prioritized, assume hostile environment.

(Event) UC 0081: Noisy Fairy Squadron finishes building the MS-18NF Titania inside Libot, knowing of the Gundam hidden inside. Alma Stirner, a burgeoning Newtype, is selected as its pilot while the remaining members sneak into the Federation facility.

(Event) UC 0081: 7 year old newtype Suki Redwood goes missing during an overnight stay at Side 6 hospital. Investigations by Side 6 police come up empty, though it is believed Suki had somehow accessed a nearby colony maintenance hatch leading to the lower engineering levels. Neither Suki nor a suspect is ever found and the search is quietly called off.

(Event) UC 0081: After a distraction attack by Zeon forces inside Side 6's Ribo Colony, 11 year old Dolores Hayes stumbles upon Mia Brinkman and her disabled Rick Dom II in a forested area. Initially threatening to lead authorities to Mia, who manages to calm her down, Hayes cooperates with the Zeon pilot, slowly getting to know her and helping her reach Noisy Fairy Squadron. For her troubles, Killy Garrett gives her a Zeon badge and makes her a honorary member of Noisy Fairy, much to Dolores' chagrin.

(Event) UC 0081: The population of Side 6 is massacred by a lone black mobile suit. What few survivors remained were rendered catatonic, with only one able to provide an account of what happe ed--a seven year old amnesiac girl. No signs of the mobile suit were found and Side 6 is condemned in following months (bad)

(Period) The Ultimate Newtype Projects, UC 0081-85
Led by Dr. Waylon Parish, a non-partisan team of both Federation and Zeon scientists work on a black site project code-named "Odysseus". The projects goal is to bioengineer an "Ultimate Newtype" , a human believed by the team to be the next and final step in human evolution. By UC 0083 the project is dubbed a failure but many members continue on in secret until it is scrapped fully in 0085 and the remaining scientists are executed for crimes against humanity.

(Event) UC 0085 - Anaheim Electronics activates version 1 of its AI commerce advisor. Pharisee. Pharisee is designed to analyze the situation of the Earth Sphere and tell AE's board of executives how to maximize profits... by any and all means. (Bad)

(Period) The Inquisition Conflict (UC0086 - UC0087 (Bad)

(Event) UC 0086, The Titans have obtained a level of autonomy to function in the earth sphere as they see fit. Spurred on by Odysseus, they begin seeking out “Newtypes” which has been turned into a blanket term for anyone whom they view as a threat. This inquisition is a catalyst that reignites tensions and begins to draw out Zeon and federation forces into a proxy war using the Titans and the Anti Earth Union Group as avatars for their misgivings. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0087 Highschool student, Kamille Bidan, daughter of Franklin and Hilda Bidan, is introduced to the Titans officer Jerid Messa. Messa is smitten with the younger Kamille and begins to groom her into joining the Titans as a means of getting closer to her. (bad)

(Event) UC 0086, in an effort to combat the growing “Newtype threat” Anaheim Electronics creates an advanced combat AI system that uses advanced algorithms to predict combat outcomes. Dubbed the New Type Zero project or NTZ it amplifies the pilots combat ability to fight on par as the fabled New Type pilots. It becomes evident however that the AI is too advanced and any pilot without considerable will power falls under the sway of the system and is either driven insane or killed in combat.
Several prototype Gundams are created with the AI system and are subsequently let loose. The AI driven machines endlessly search for pilots who will optimize their combat potential in fulfilling their purpose of eradicating New Types. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0086: The Spacenoid Commonwealth, the official combination of the Zeonic Commonwealth absorbing the burgeoning AEUG, continues their assault against the NTZ using their new mobile suit, the Marasai. This is the first non Gundam MS to use the SPS.

Garfield Zink, now going by the name Clive McDichael, leads a group of spacenoids in the battleship Clearwater with his golden Marasai against this threat. Pilots stationed there include Rakan Dahkaran, Helena Hegel, and Roux Louka amongst others.

(Event) UC 0086: Jerid and Kamille are deployed in matching MKII Gundams equipped with the NTZ AI Systems. Neither pilot could predict the advanced AI reacting to Kamille’s awakening Newtype ability. The two assigned Gundams coordinator their efforts to utilize Kamille as an amplifier to their mission and begin a rampage on several colonies. Jerid is forced to try and shoot down a blood thirsty Kamille but is ejected into space by his Gundam.
Kamille, blinded by the coordinated AI goes from colony to colony until she is forced to fight the crew of the Clearwater. It is a harrowing battle that nearly kills Clive but ends with Kamille sacrificing herself to stop her Gundam by self destructing.
Jerid’s former machine manages to extract itself from the battlefield and resume it’s rogue mission alone but with the accumulated battle data. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0086: Heartbroken by the death of the woman he loved and disillusioned with the Federation's willingness to let the NTZ Gundams run amok the Earth Sphere, Jerid Messa goes AWOL in the remaining Gundam Mk-II, tracking down and defecting to the Clearwater. Initially distrusted, Clive takes Jerid under his wing. To disguise Jerid and Mk-II Unit 03 from the Federation and maintain their proclaimed neutrality, Jerid takes on the identity of the bespectacled Quattro Bajeena, while his Mk-II is developed by Zeonic into the MSN-00100 Hyaku-Shiki, a machine which combines the Movable Frame technology of the Gundam with the iconic Anti-Beam Coating of Clive's personal Mobile Suits. Initially intended for Clive himself, the Captain allows "Lieutenant Quattro" to pilot the Hyaku Shiki, stating that he is loyal to the Zimmad brand.

(Event) UC 0086. Karaba representatives attend secret demo runs of the NRX-040 Ashcroft and the ORX-003 Domingo in the deserted Texas colony. Piloted by Gabriel Zola and Sophie Fran, these prototypes are distant descendants of Buran Blutarch's Gundam GT-FOUR, and their adaptive computers contain Buran's piloting data, along with Char Aznable's.

(Event) UC 0086: The Titan resistance led by Shiro Amada, after the assassination of Jamitov Hymen, officially begins its assault against General Revil’s Earth Federation all across the planet, causing a civil war. As the Earth is ravaged by combat, the Spacenoid Commonwealth declares neutrality to the conflict due to the emerging threat of the NTZ AI System. In reality, Anaheim Electronics, an Earth Federation manufacturer, created the rouge AI Gundams.  (Bad)

(Period) Ghiren's Uprising UC 0087-UC90 (Bad)

(Event) UC 0087, Ghiren Zabi emerges from the shadows of his exile to declare war on Zeon and the Earth Sphere forces. He has amassed a force of AI piloted mobile suits, known as Mannequins, to launch a preemptive strike on the colonies. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0087. The Jotunheim, a Spacenoid Commonwealth evaluation ship, accidentally stumbles upon Girder Zabini's burgeoning private army inside an asteroid hideout. Zabini, secretly an exiled and vengeful Gihren Zabi, orders his AI controlled MS to overwhelm and destroy the Jotunheim before it has a chance to inform the Commonwealth and thwart his plans. Jean Luc Duvall, test pilot for the limited production Zudah II, sacrifices himself and his Mobile Suit fighting off an overwhelming number of Zabini's "Mannequins", but his sacrifice allows the Jotunheim to escape and request reinforcements, forcing Gihren's hand into preemptively moving to the next stage of his plan with fewer Mannequins and resources than needed. (Good)

(Event) UC 0087: Ghiren reaches out for a meeting with Garma hoping to bring his brother into his rebellion after suffering the loss of some of his forces. Garma sees his brother as deranged and fights his way out of Ghiren’s base along side with the crew of the Clearwater in a daring escape. This act seems to be the precursor for Ghiren’s biggest attack. (Good)

(Event) UC 0087. Autonomous Unit 808, funded by the Zapp-Cola Company, enters service with the Titans. This experimental unit is comprised of three Boosted Men, unstable Cyber Newtypes who have been specially conditioned through energy drink Zapp Boost to do the bidding of Zapp-Cola's puppet masters, the Aspartamen. The three pilots are Ryder Sarkasm, a snarky sniper who pilots the RX-178+FXA-05D Super Gundam; Nickardo Lavié, a speed demon in charge of the RX-272-2 Gundam Mk-III "Halpuley"; and Albus Dumblegore, a vicious swordsman who has been given the unconventional RX-160G Gundam Isolde. As the Boosted Men are very belligerent and uncooperative towards each other, they are directly supervised by Marco Creed, Chief Executive Officer of Zapp-Cola and middle-rank Aspartaman, who pilots the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam. The Zeta Gundam was originally envisioned by Camille Bidan, but completed and produced by her grieving mother, Hilda. Despite holding a position of great authority and having a seemingly unspecialized machine, Creed has the diplomatic skills to reliably keep the Boosted Men in check, and the combat ability to strike them down, if necessary.

(Event) UC 0087: The Battle of Side 3. Gihren’s Loyalists still within the Spacenoid Commonwealth led by Aiguille Delaz begun attacking the capital of Side 3. While it is a smaller group spread out across space, poor defenses lead to Ramba Ral’s death. Gihren proclaims himself as the new leader of the Commonwealth via hologram, but is met with heavy resistance due to not be democratically elected. Instead, the Spacenoid Commonwealth goes into chaos with no real leader as infighting begins. The Titans, who have defeated the Earth Federation in the Inquistion to control the planet, let the spacenoids fight amongst themselves, hoping to possibly take advantage of it. (Very Bad)

(Event) UC 0087: Kycillia Zabi  and Dozle Zabi are released from imprisonment by Ghiren in a bid to consolidate his power further. However, while Kycilia joins her brother, Doyle, who has led a life of peace up to this point, takes his family and escapes Side 3 to join Garma.

(Scene)

> (Scene) The Clearwater has managed to find some sort of shelter from the conflict in space in order to pick up Dozle’s family seeking political asylum. As the door open, Garfield Zink sees his older brother for the first time in many years. He was glad his sunglasses kept his eyes hidden, wishing not to get too emotional in front of the family or Quattro, who was also in the meeting room.
> “Dozle, the Clearwater will be able to escort you to a refuge within Side 5. There you can be… save from this nightmare world that has been created.” Garfield knew he had much involvement throughout the course of the Earth Sphere, but he was not longer the boy he once was. Garma was dead, as was Clive, but for a split second, he thought back to the days of his youth. Days that were far gone.
> The hulking Dozle scoffed at Garfield's proposal. "I appreciate your generousness, Captain Zink. However, you won't get rid of me that easily. We'll take my family to safety, but I will stay on the Clearwater and fight, any way I can." Zenna immediately voiced her disapproval and put her hand on Dozle's shoulder. "Dozle, we talked about this!" But Dozle's mind was set, or so he thought. "Enough, Zenna! You've heard the Captain, we're living in a nightmare, and I've been irresponsible to bring Mineva into it. I cannot in good conscience stand by and leave you and Mineva to live this reality." Before Zenna could reply, however, little Mineva took hold of her parents' hands and shocked them both with her words, tears welling into her eyes. "All the worlds will be nightmare worlds if Mama and Papa are not with me! Don't leave us, Papa!" Mineva's words made Dozle wince, and he had to hold back tears of his own. Even then, leaving the love of his life and his daughter, after all the hardship they had endured as a family, was not an easy decision to make. He feared for their safety and their future, but his present course of action also made him wonder if he was truly doing the right thing, assuming there was even a right choice to make. "Mineva...", whimpered Dozle and Zenna in unison.

> Quattro leaned against the bulkhead as he watched the family get on board. Despite himself he scoffed, “Just what good do you think you could possibly do?” He pushed his body away from the wall and stood resolute, exposed arms crossed across his chest. His eyes darted from Dozzle then Zenna before finally setting on little Mineva. His memories rushed back for memories of Kamille and how he lost her.
>He realized then that he was looking at Zenna once more. “You have an opportunity to do the right thing… Don’t be selfish…” he murmured as he turned to leave the room. He paused by the doorway. “Just leave the fighting to me and the MKII. Together we’ll take care of Ghiren.” He nodded more to himself before making his way to the hangar.

(Event) UC 0088: The Martians adopt the MSM-101 Zathena, designed by Paptimus Scirocco, as their mainline production Mobile Suit. The first versions of the Zathena used the wired hand mega particle cannons of its predecessor, the Perfect Zeong Mini, modified into funnels. Zathenas old and new were outfitted with purpose-made funnel manipulators once the stockpile of Perfect Zeong Mini hands neared depletion. (Good)

(Event) UC 0090: Young Sojourner learns of his ability to communicate with others across the solar system. He first test subject is a mild mannered office worker by the name of Haman Karn. While she ignores the sensation, this test sets Sojourner on a path to become the most avant-garde Newtype the universe will see.

(Event) UC 0095: Anaheim Electronics experiments with an AI construct called “Bibel”. This internetwork system was claimed to allow connections between all technologies and capable of supporting mobile suits and pilot in battle through tactical adaptation. Soon after, the project was considered too costly and erased, but the idea still lingered in the Earth Sphere’s networks. (Good)

(Event) UC 0098:
Martian scientist Winner Raleigh and his team receive a transmission originating from the Kuiper Belt. The transmission is believed to be a battle song from an alien race, however, probes sent to investigate find no signs of organic life. Martian government officials cover up this discovery and Raleigh is exiled to the Jupiter colonies.

(Period) The Martian Invasion and the “Final War” UC0099

(Event) UC 0099: The Martians arrive in the Earth Sphere after leaving Mars the year prior. They bring with them technological advances unseen by this point in the form of mobile suits, mobile armors, and warships designed by Paptimus. 17 year old Sojourner leads the group in his own Newtype suit, The M. The advancements of the Newtype species will soon be apparent… (bad)FB3CA715-8679-41E2-A208-7C7DB306319A.thumb.jpeg.05ba3a1a24ede150562ced3228d6b20c.jpeg

(Event) UC 0099: The Martians wage a devastating campaign against the earth sphere. They quickly soon take control of Side 3 and establish a foreword base within the colonies. Soujourner quickly gains a ruthless reputation on the battlefield and is dubbed the “Warlock from Mars”. On the face of the situation it would appear that the Martians have the upper hand and could swiftly capitulate the Federation and remaining colonies. (Bad)

(Event) UC 0099: As the war wages, Anaheim struggles to  deploy mobile suits to the Titans. During the prolonged chaos a familiar unmanned black Gundam MKII reappears. It hacks into the central AI of the company and convinces it to produce a new modern body to replace it’s deteriorated mobile suit. It produces a state of the art Gundam and adopts the moniker “Raphael” as it intends to help the earth forces repel the Martian invaders. It simply needs a pilot skilled enough to pair or rather “bond” with it. (Good)

(Event) UC0099: A young Titan Cyber Newtype is activated for duty. Fere Sev is tasked with piloting the Raphael Gundam. Though young he appears to be the pinnacle of Cyber Newtype advances. He is deployed along with a crew of Titan officers onboard a prototype battleship the Rapture. Together they escape from an assailed Anaheim research facility on the moon and begin a series of counter attacks against the martians. (Good)

(Event) UC 0099:
An archeological excavation site on the Moon known as a Mountain Cycle reveals what appears to be an ancient interstellar mobile weapon within. Codenamed "Gigantis", the 105 meter tall MS is scheduled to be tested by Sojourner Scirocco, who has returned to the Moon in anticipation to a Federation counterattack on the Martian occupied satellite. However, when Fere Sev and the Rapture lead an attack on the Mountain Cycle, Gigantis is awakened by the fear and Newtype powers of Sojourner's guest, office worker Haman Karn. Taking Haman into its cockpit and using her as its voice, Gigantis emerges from its lair and destroys most ships and mobile weapons on both sides, before explaining that it had remade the universe before, in the hopes that Newtypes would lead the Earth Sphere into an era of peace. As the Martians and Earthnoids have proven Gigantis wrong, it is now setting out to remake the universe from scratch again. Attempting to stop Gigantis separately, Newtypes and Cyber Newtypes from both sides, including Scirocco and Sev, end up joining a sphere of collective thought where they appear to achieve sudden, mutual understanding. However, when asked about their stay in the luminous thought sphere, many say that the talking felt as if it had lasted for years. Gigantis leaves Haman in Sojourner's hands, before disappearing with a warning: the people of the Universal Century have but one year to prove that peace in their time can be achieved. This freak event marks the beginning of cooperation between Oldtypes and Newtypes. (Good)

(Event) December 30, UC0099 - Amidst the chaos and confusion of Soujourner Scirocco's war, three gundam class mobile suits appear on the battlefield as if from thin air. These units, nicknamed Unicorn, Lion, and Phoenix by the EFF, begin to decimate the battlefield, heedless of allegiance. After a sustained period of killing, the units hail all remaining forces with an offer of peace. The triumvirate designate themselves collectively as RX-0, also know as the Beasts of Possibility, and explain their origins as AI mobile suits that had escaped the earth sphere and self-improved in a series of runaway reactions. Their goal: the preservation of the Earth and peace at all costs. When communications break down between RX-0 and the respective earthling and spacenoid factions, the AI Gundams proceed to move three unmanned colonies into entry orbit. (bad)

(Finish) UC 0100: “A New Era of Peace Begins” (Good)

(Event) UC0100: The Titans government and Martian invaders enter into peace talks. The results of which result in the dissolution of the Titans and Martian Governments. The attending parties resolve to work together and create a uniformed government that works to advance Mankind and AI to explore all reaches of space and preserve humanity for ages to come. The government of the Earth Sphere known as Olympus is born.

Transformers Breakhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2271-transformers-break/ “No, no! Please be careful with that!”

Two Autobots held a large cabinet tightly after hearing this statement, putting it next to the Teletraan Mobile in the HOPE’s main lobby. While the ship was large, a majority of it’s space was reserved for the cargo they’d be transporting back to Cybertron. A bridge, their single lobby and barracks were all this Autobot crew would have to themselves.

“Thank you.” Perceptor helped them scoot the cabinet into position. He could only bring so much equipment with him on their trip, but the Science Officer felt it would be necessary for research. Various beakers and tools surrounded the area, with Perceptor well aware this could annoy the other crew members. “It’s… not perfect…”

“Well, fix it yourself. We’re done here.” The two Autobot helpers quickly left the lobby before Perceptor could respond. “No, that’s not what I… meant.” Looking defeated, the Science Officer glanced around the area. The ship was clearly run down, with paint scraped off and metal peeling from the corners, but the war effort meant other projects, mostly weapons, had to be prioritized. With everything set up, Perceptor left to go join up with his Leader on the boarding ramp.

“Sir. I have finished my assignment.” Walking down the ramp toward Sentinel Prime, Perceptor kept a very professional demeanor with the Autobot’s greatest commander. “Do you have any other orders?” Sentinel Prime chuckled to himself. Perceptor was one of the few Autobots he knew who would willingly ask for MORE work. “Not yet. We better wait for the other recruits to arrive first. They should-“

“I see one now, sir.”

Perceptor’s shoulder scope zoomed in on a single vehicle speeding toward their location. “Which one is it? My optics aren’t what they used to be.” Sentinel Prime admitted, trying to squint. “I wouldn’t know sir. None of us were given the crew log.” The Leader grunted, turning to look up the ramp. “That Kup, I swear.”

Getting a very close look, Perceptor wondered who his new companion would be and what position he’d fill. “Interesting…”

For the Homelandhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2014-for-the-homeland/ January 25th CE 71

Heliopolis crisis

Zaft forces have traced alliance activity to the seemingly neutral colony of Heliopolis. The coordinator task force takes it upon themselves to infiltrate and steal the new alliance mobile suits being rolled out for deployment. During the attack the Zaft team succeeds in procuring four of the five machines. One of the machines, the Strike by name, was commandeered by a young coordinator by the name of Kira Yamato.

As the strike fought off the attack from a lone GINN, other forces began to take advantage of the deteriorating situation…

*****

Nathaniel hated being rushed, his fingers fumbled over the door code for the third time. “Settle down Hawthorne!” He chided before the woman behind him could quip about him forgetting the code. The Red haired woman bristled at the mind reading remark and shook her head in resignation. “this’ll do it…” Nathaniel cooed as he entered the correct code this time, confirmed by the click of the door unlocking.

The man dressed as an Alliance Lieutenant, snatched the handle of the door and twisted it, holding it fast so it wouldn’t lock again. Nathaniel studied his handgun before looking back at Delphine Hawthorne and the four other members of their commando team. The point man was less than thrilled about this next portion of this impromptu operation but it was for the betterment of their homeland so how could he disagree?

He made eye contact with Hawthorne  as she scooted to the opposite edge of the sealed door. Nathaniel quietly mouthed a countdown to “three”, which the woman mimicked with her free hand for their teammates to see.

On the third count he swung open the door violently and followed Hawthorne as she ducked into the corridor, gun raised for any threats. One by one the six man team entered the ship and sealed the hatch behind themselves. As the team pushed themselves through the eerily vacant ship their hopes grew that they could actually pull off this crazy stunt. Their hopes soon met reality as they came to the entrance to the bridge. The team paused by the doo, Nathaniel took the moment to give everyone a stern glance. His team had worked together for many years and could practically read his mind when he gave that particular look, “follow my lead.”

The team of operators soon entered the bridge of the Archangel where they met the skeleton crew of Earth Alliance officers. A black haired woman looked at him with both surprise and relief, “Lieutenant! What’s goin on out there? Have we received orders?”

Nathaniel cleared his throat as his team moved around the bridge, taking up strategic positions but not putting away their weapons. “We have…” he paused to consider his words, “we’re taking the ship out, I need you to initiate the launch sequence.

The stern looking woman nodded grimly and barked out, “you heard the man lets launch the Archangel!” As she said this the other two crewmen began working their controls at their stations. The woman came closer and asked in a lower voice, “so does this mean ZAFT is attacking?”

Nathaniel nodded, “they are, we need to deploy the Archangel into the colony and protect the civilians before any more damage can be done! Can I count on you…” his voice trailed off as he hinted to wanting her name. “Badgirulel, Natarle!” She responded eagerly. She seemed on edge, that much was certain, so Nathaniel did his best to hide his growing smile as he looked her.

Soon the ship left the dry dock and began floating free. Subtle head nods from Nathaniel’s team soon told him that it was time. “I’m sorry to do this Natarle but I’m taking control of this ship. Everyone step away from their stations, and put their hands up. I promise you, that none of you will be hurt.” As he spoke he leveled his gun at the Earth Alliance Officer,  she sputtered, “what?”

Nathaniel shrugged sheepishly, “I’m taking this ship in the name of the Orb Union Ensign. I don’t have time to discuss the details right now. All you have to do is surrender so that I can save as many Orb citizens as possible.”

Natarle along with all the other crewmen looked confused and angry, but no one put up a fight as the six man Orb team kept their weapons aimed at everyone. They made short work, cuffing and escorting the crew to a confined area as four people stayed behind on the bridge.

“See no bloodshed Hawthorne!” Nathaniel pipped as they went about double checking all the systems on the ship. The red haired woman scowled at him, “it would have been quicker to shoot them all…” she muttered and again Nathaniel gave a sheepish grin and nodded, “go ahead and take the Command chair, you studied more of this battleship stuff than I ever did.”

His remark did brighten the woman’s mood some, “you mean I’ll be captain?” She raised an eyebrow and Nathaniel shrugged as he looked out the viewport, “Semantics don’t matter right now Delphine, we just need to move quickly.”

The reminder replaced the woman’s stern look and she nodded, “very well, lets make course to the alternative manufacturing site. Assault cannons… fire!” In response the Archanel unleashed a volley from its’ two main cannons to destroy the gate keeping it contained. The massive ship erupted out of the flaming debris of the gate to fly into the synthetic skies of the ailing colony. The commando team remained dumbfounded as they studied the damage to their home territory. Nathaniel was about to say something when the fight between the Strike and a CGUE came to everyone’s attention. “What is that?” He asked aloud as the studied the peculiar mobile fighting the ZAFT unit. He was stunned as a brilliant beam lanced out from the mobile suit to try and hit the CGUE. It dawned in Nathaniel that the mobile suit was one of the GAT series, “that idiot!” He yelled out as the overpowered weapon not only glanced the CGUE but tore a hole into the ground of the colony. “The CGUE is retreating!” Someone called out, much to the relief of everyone on the bridge. Hawthorne spoke up then, “lets match speed and land?” Nathaniel nodded, “yeah, lets see if we can capture the Strike with the same trick. Maybe if we take control of all the Alliance assets ZAFT will cease hostilities…” it was as much a prayer as question as he moved for the door. “Ships in your hands Hawthorne!”

*****

As Nathaniel approached the Strike with one of his other men he saw a woman, and a man with a group of teens. A mobile armor which had been fighting, asked for permission to land, which they gave to help keep up the charade. “Whose piloting the Strike?” Nathaniel called out as they got closer.

The woman turned to look at him and scrunched her face in confusion, “I don’t believe we’ve met? I’m Lieutenant Ramius…”

“Are you the pilot Lieutenant?” Nathaniel didn’t hide his contempt as he studied the out of uniform officer, “no” she responded cautiously, as she did a brown haired teen came down the pulley of the Strike’s cockpit. Suddenly it made sense how the machine could move when the OS was supposedly incomplete.  “A coordinator?” Nathaniel mused, which caused the woman to stiffen some, along with the teens. A smile grew on Nathaniel’s face, “boy are you a Heliopolis citizen?” Kira tilted his head as he regarded the mysterious Earth Alliance officer. “I am…” he answered tentatively. “Ah then you’ve done your homeland a great service!”

Nathaniel leveled his weapon at Ramius as his teammate did the same to Mu. “Lieutenant, this ship is under Orb control, you will be confined with the rest of the Alliance officers we’ve arrested. The two alliance officers looked baffled at this turn of events. “We have precious little time to rectify your mistakes so please cooperate and we might all make it out of this alive.”

*****

The jeep bumped precariously as it wound through the abandoned streets of Heliopolis. One battle and one hole in the colony left the place looking quite ragged. Nathaniel adjusted his regular suit as he eyed the road. Nathaniel’s team was stretched thin as it was so he only had two other people with him, both dressed in their own regular suits. He hated leaving the ship like this but knew that he had to. By all accounts ZAFT had secured four other GAT series suits, plus they still had an unknown supply of other mobile suits to boot. “This may be our only chance to level the playing field.” He mused as he entered. The correct code for this security gate the first time. They parked the jeep outside of a nondescript factory and made headway for the interior of the building.

They soon found themselves in a dimly lit hangar of sorts with three massive shadows standing next to catwalks. “Hit the emergency lights! We need to hurry!” Even as he made the order he was climbing a ladder to approach the first machine. The lights turned on just as he approached the chest of a black, white, and gold mobile suit. “Astray…” he solemnly addressed. Nathaniel looked to see his two comrades approached the red and blue machines as well. “If we hurry we can snag all the spare parts move it!” Nathaniel moved for the cockpit and popped the hatch. He went inside the brand new mobile suit and went about adjusting straps and booting up the OS. It wasn’t ideal but he had to adjust the operations system much the same as the ZAFT forces had done earlier. In a few moments the Coordinator had his suit moving. “It just might be an even fight now!” He announced. “This is Nathaniel Barondel, Astray launching!”

Transformers Break: Life on Cybertronhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2246-transformers-break-life-on-cybertron/ This is a prologue taking place before Part 1 of TF Break

The streets of Iacon were filled with scrap as a single vehicle drove through the war torn city, stopping at one of the broken buildings to the right of him. Seekers, grunts in the Decepticon army, flew through the skies in an attempt to find the black and white car, but to no avail. Driving into a grooved crack, the Autobot found himself next to a tiny orange terminal. These were Teletraan Mobiles, giving Autobots access to communications and resources all across the planet.

Once he knew the coast was clear, the Autobot transformed to reveal a sleek humanoid exterior. The gruff machine stuck his finger in one of the Mobile’s slots, revealing a large Yellow Autobot on the screen. “Prowl!” The Autobot responded in shock. “We were worried about you.” Prowl scoffed at this statement. “What? Didn’t trust me to finish the job, Prime? There’s a reason I had to be the messenger bot myself.”

Prowl was second in command of the Autobots and someone who wouldn’t normally take a menial task such as this. A weapon shipment transport, shot down many cycles ago, was recently discovered to have most of its armaments intact. Sending this information to Sentinel Prime, these powerful weapons could turn the tides in the war. Sentinel smiled through the screen. “Thank you Prowl. You’ve done a-“ The black and white Autobot cut him off. “A great service to the Autobots, I know, I know… Wait…”

Hearing the sound of a Seeker jet blasting away, two more Decepticons pulled army the rubble hiding Prowl. “Scrap! I-“ suddenly, the transmission went blank on Sentinel Prime’s side. “Prowl?! PROWL?!”

Altihex. A beautiful city only tainted by the fact it was where the Decepticon’s headquarters resided. Right in the middle of the militarized area, a gigantic black pyramid stood tall. What seemed like an endless amount of Decepticons  worked within this complex, rising all the way to the top. However, only two took residence upon the highest floor. Sitting atop an extravagant throne, Lord Megatron spun a glass of pure Energon with his fingers, only for a purple Decepticon to burst through the door. “Lord Megatron.” Shockblast uttered as his yellow eye lit up. “One of our seekers just received this information.”

A projection appeared in front of the Decepticon leader, showing him the downed cargo. A smile curled up his face, rising from his chair. “Send the Combaticons immediately. We cannot let this precious cargo go to waste in the Autobot’s hands!” As he yelled this, Shockblast proceeded to show his disapproval. “Lord Megatron. This could very well be a trap. Perhaps we should take caution.” A silence surrounded the two, only for Megatron to finally turn to his lackey. “Send. The. Combaticons.” He almost whispered while taking large steps toward Shockblast. “You will follow this order or be terminated on the spot. These stupid suggestions may have worked with my pathetic predecessor, but not with me. Do you understand?”

“Yes, Lord Megatron…”

…

“This the Lieutenant Bulkhead. I’m coming up on the objective point.”

A green 4x4 rolled up next to the broken transport, noticing the wings had rotted of long ago. Commanding a group of 10, Bulkhead transformed along with them. “There’s gonna be a rust storm soon. We better take what we can quick!” As the group proceeded into the transport, one of the Autobots swore he heard a swivel. “What was that?” He called out. Bulkhead sighed and shrugged. “Don’t worry. Place is falling apart. Probably just a-“

BLAM!

A tank shell slammed into one of the Autobots, killing him instantly. “We got company!” Bulkhead yelled as he returned fire. His heavy machine gun began to heat up from firing, causing the tank to roll back. “Lieutenant, they’ve surrounded the vacinity!” At that moment, Gatlings from a helicopter tore through two more Autobot’s chassis’. “RETREAT! RE-“ Bulkhead’s circuits scrambled once he was punched directly in the face by Onslaught, the squad leader.

As he fell onto metal scraps, he heard the cries of his fellow brothers be silenced. A sharp jolt from the back of his head woke the Autobot right back up as he felt his processors jumble. “Found something.” The tan and purple Decepticon called out. Onslaught looked at the data pad he was holding. “Two wins today, boys! Let’s grab the weapons and go!” Without a second thought, the leader shot Bulkhead multiple times, leaving his corpse to rot with the transport.

Sentinel Prime stood atop the boarding ramp of the Hope. With many high quality fighters spread thin, the volunteers for this mission would be arriving one by one after they were finished with their previous tasks. “Please… please succeed…”

Noblesse Superiorhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2158-noblesse-superior/ How Things Could Be…

He didn’t understand why he ate. The food tasted just fine, enjoyable even. But why did he eat? Lounging back in his oversized office chair, Aker called out with a mouthful of food. “8 have you had any luck tracking this Spider creep down?”

The computer screen in front of the Psuedo EL diver flickered to life and the hacked AI replied, “Negative. The best I can determine is he is using some sort of filter when he logs in.”

Aker nodded in agreement; he couldn’t say he was too surprised by that revelation. “He probably logs into his own hellish hacked force nest too I bet. No dice tracking him down there…” he shivered at the memory of their last encounter. He took another bite of his apple as he looked at the screen. Could he get fat? If he kept eating, would he gain weight? He did loose the feeling in his arm before but was that merely a programming glitch or was he fully simulated?

Shaking the thought from his mind Aker leaned back forward to glare at the screen. “Alright… lets send out a message to Creed… Time for him to do a favor for me for a change huh?”

As he rhetorically asked out loud, he was already typing a message to his sponsor of sorts. Satisfied that he had done all he could do at that moment he stood up to walk, or rather float, along the halls of his spaceship to the manufacturing bay.

It still bothered him just how vacant the personal base was. It was after all a battleship of sorts and in theory should have been full to the brim with soldiers milling about. He came to a catwalk that oversaw the production line and he caught the railing to bring himself into a standing position over the silent behemoths in his hangar.

The Noblesse stood prominently in display; floodlights activated all around the machine. Despite the obvious attention the Gundam demanded, he couldn’t help himself as he spotted a darker machine in the corner being nearly completed. Aker narrowed his eyes as he studied the machine, still wondering if it was the best course to explore.

His reverie was interrupted as he got a video call from Marco Creed. Activating the screen, he asked, “So you got my request?” The middle-aged man didn’t look thrilled by the casual attitude the EL diver was giving him, but he still nodded, “Yeah, I did, and it is concerning. In a manner of speaking ZAPP was supposed to have the corner on gaming exploits in 1.8. This Spider fellow, well he isn’t playing by our rules. Needless to say, I’ve been… ‘permitted’ to give you unrestrained support in your current venture.”

The tone in which Marco said “permitted” wasn’t lost on Aker and he slowly nodded his appreciation. He was about to say something else when he felt compelled to ask. “Is… is everything alright?”

The older man looked around uncomfortably and sighed, “The board doesn’t like the freedom you’ve been given, they didn’t appreciate your ‘stunt’ of logging back in after you were here last… The point is… well… they’re worried… they’re worried about what you could expose.”

Marco gulped and nodded, “half of them want to pull the plug on you. Others want to pull your connections after you get knocked out again, study you… A few want to exploit your existence, tell the world and put GBN in a position to fully open 1.8 for the ‘freak show exhibition’.” The man looked disgusted at the choice of words.

Aker frowned and asked, “And what about you? What do you think?”

Marco allowed a soft smile, “I think you deserve your freedom… I’m just at a loss as to how you could secure that.”

Nodding thoughtfully Aker cleared his throat, “You know.. I often wonder about my existence… about why I do the things I do….” His eyes looked blankly ahead as if lost in contemplation, “I wonder why I feel the things I do… why I like the people I do…” a cold sneer grew on his lips, “And then I wonder why…” his voice trailed away as he shook his head. “Look… I need to find this Spider… at any cost…”

Marco gave a sympathetic smile and nodded, “It’s going to be hard to track down a hacker from this side alone… there’s a few new programs I can offer you which might help. If we work together, I think we can fish him out though.”

Aker nodded eagerly, “let’s get started then!”

--------------

It felt uneasy switching off his digital “mask” of sort. Part of him felt like he would suddenly be put in an awkward situation that could be dangerous. One option after another, Aker maneuvered his floating pane of settings and toggled the last switch. His entire person shimmered as his clothes changed from his Noblesse uniform to a Phantom Pain uniform he had worn awhile ago. It was still stained with blood on the breast and sleeves and looked smothered in soot and ash.

Despite himself Aker held his breath as he stood in front of his test machine. Together they were out in the middle of a field not far from the main lobby. A cool breeze brushed the grass and played with his dark hair as he looked around in alarm. There were no sirens or sounds of incoming mobile suits. Nothing that told him he was in for a world of hurt. Reluctantly he let out a sigh of relief. Once again, he had simply become Hunter. He went back into his options to dawn his black poncho and matching mask. “Alright… lets find us a Spider….”

A few moments later he was flying to the lobby. It had been months since he had pulled off his so called “Second Bloody Valentine Massacre”. Undoubtedly he would have a lot of players still pissed off at him. Perhaps it was his insecurity, but he swore he felt a few players glower at him as he passed by.

The GBN lobby at times could feel misplaced with time, often appearing to be daylight when he was tired and ready for sleep instead. Despite this, there seemed to constantly be darker corners one could find if they were determined. It was largely debated that some of the best hang out spots were in the darker pubs and clubs that GBN offered in the darker recesses.

Never the social type, Gabriel went to a shady club and walked up to a grungy looking bartender. The gruff figure gave him a once over and smirked, “you lost boy?” Shaking his head, the EL diver tilted his head to look around at some of the shadowy corners. “I’m looking for a man named Spider… know where I could find him?”

A few patrons paused their actions to study Gabriel and see just how serious this outsider was. The barkeep huffed, “Heh! You don’t find Spider, he finds you. If you wa-“

Gabriel was already shaking his head and raised a finger to silence the bartender. “You don’t understand…” he tilted his gaze then added, “Everyone is looking for me. I need to see spider now… otherwise I just might have to lockdown this establishment and wipe everything out.” His tone was matter of fact and he gazed at each patron who was looking at him.

Scrunching his face up the bartender replied, “Not possible kid, are you loony?”

Not missing a beat Gabriel cut him off, “Second Bloody Valentine… Surely no one else has stolen my log in lock trick, have they?” He was referring to an attack he had perpetrated; where him and Marco Creed hacked a Gundam Seed event and prevented anyone from logging out while they destroyed nearly all the gunpla there.

For a long while no one moved, no one said anything as they all studied each other. Gabriel’s mask made it hard for anyone to tell who he was even looking at. Finally, a door in the back of the room popped open, creaking loudly and a voice called out. “Get back here fast!”

-----------

“What do you mean you need my protection? What kind of idiot runs one of the most sophisticated hacking attacks in GBN history and not have a fallback plan for when things go bad?”

Shaking his head Gabriel replied, “The kind of idiot who didn’t think it would actually work! Look I didn’t come here to poke fun at myself, can you help me or not?”

The criminal crossed his arms and studied Gabriel for a long while then slowly stated, “what you’re asking for will not come cheap. And I don’t always take cash for my payment… do you understand what I’m suggesting?”

Gabriel nodded eagerly, “Hey you saw what I could do on my own, imagine what we could do together? That aside does that mean you’ll take me in?”

Spider waited a heartbeat before nodding, “Sure, I’ll have you stay at one of my private nests while I figure out a way to mask your log in.” Unceremoniously he brought up his menu and sent Gabriel an invite to transport to a new location. Together they both left the back room of the tavern and emerged moments later in a truly unique location.

Gabriel gawked around; he was begrudgingly impressed. Together the stood on top of an asteroid inside of atmospheric bubble. It was no normal asteroid however, for they were standing on a heavily modified version of A Baoa Qu. The dome they were inside was on top of the Gate of Zedan and prominent inside the dome was a rather large castle, reminding Gabriel of the palace the Zabi family would use on Side 3. Despite whatever criminal background Spider had he did seem to appreciate the finer things GBN had to offer. The next thing he noticed was four towering mobile suits at each corn and or the castle, or were they statues? As the pair got closer to the door, Gabriel could tell they were skinned with a stone texture. Shaking his head, he focused on what he had to do.

“Make yourself at home, have a seat in my lounge and I’ll be back in a few moments.”  Spider offered as he gestured to the couch. Gabriel spoke up, “So, did you get all this by selling hacks like the Venom Drive?”

Spider paused at that comment and spun around to glare at Gabriel, “And…. How do you know about those?”

“How could I not? They’re the hot item right now for anyone wanting to get better at the game fast!”

A smile curled on Spider’s lips as if that notion satisfied him. He nodded then walked on towards the back of the room.

“you’re certain no one can trace me here?”

Spider twisted around to walk backwards and raised his hands up to shrug. “Relax, would you? This is my personal nest. I’ve installed some of the best security credits can buy; not to mention some top-notch hacks.” He turned around and waved a hand dismissively. “You’ll be fine just wait!”

Gabriel frowned as he sat on the comfortable couch and waited a moment to be alone before he brought up his menu. The fist thing he did was active the program he had used all those months ago which prevented anyone from logging out of the area. Then he sent a message to his teammates along with a pass to get them into the nest.

I got him where we want him. Show up ready for a fight. Be advised my handle here is Hunter, so watch the friendly fire. Be ready for anything.

Gabriel closed the menu after he sent the message and leaned back on the sofa putting his hands behind his head. He’d strike when the moment was right, but first he wanted to see this scumbag squirm as everything he worked so hard for crumbled.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Redefinehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2008-mobile-suit-gundam-00-redefine/ EPISODE 1:

October 6th, 2307 AD

AEU ORBITAL ELEVATOR

Automated machine guns blared inside a military testing ground, sending an array of bullets against a sleek green mobile suit. This is little to stop the machine though, responding to the attacks with dodges and speed, using its rifle to hit many of the targets. A crowd of suits watched with awe at the new AEU creation, although two stood out as they observed it. The two Union members discussed the mobile suit, referred to as the Enact, intently while also discussing its flaws.

Union engineer Billy Katagiri mentioned how the basic design was just of copy of their mobile suit, the Flag, to his cohort Graham. However, the demonstrator took note of this. Due to the Enact’s hi-tech sound system, he exited the mobile suit, only to badger the observer for his statement. Far above the mock city was a creation who was bound to give the pilot much more of a problem. The sleek mobile suit sped downward at a breakneck pace, causing the military to attempt to make contact from the orbital elevator. None could be made though as more of the crowd noticed the strange machine head towards the testing ground.

The red haired pilot watched along with the others, getting back inside the turquoise mobile suit as people slowly began to evacuate. “Hey! He yelled through the Enact’s intercom. The gray and orange paint scheme caught the pilot’s attention quickly. “What are you? You look like you’re HRL… Whatever you are, you’re ruining my mock battle!” When no response was given, the pilot got more aggravated. “Don’t you know who I am? I’m Patrick Colasour, the best ace in the AEU!” A small blade slid out of the machine’s wrist, creating a deafening frequency as it vibrated. The Enact ran towards the Exia while pointing the sword outward to the enemies cockpit. “Hey! Talk to me!”

Pokémon: Mobile Trainershttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2143-pok%C3%A9mon-mobile-trainers/ A GRAND BEGINNING!

A woman with dark purple hair stood barefoot atop the cool sand as the sun began to raise on Cianwood City. The sea gently pushed its waves toward her, feeling the cool breeze get close, but fall back as the pattern repeated. The woman thought she'd seen a large blue creature far off in the ocean, but it was only a split second as it submerged itself. "Mantine..." She thought inquisitively, failing to get a closer look. "Those don't show up close to Cianwood often..."   The coastal town was the westernmost in the region of Johto, split off from the rest. Due to its strange location, it wasn't a popular destination, but a Safari Zone was currently in construction. Only trainers, who the woman felt were just annoying tourists, came to battle at their Gym.

"Felicia!" The woman heard a grumbling voice from the beach house directly behind her. "I need your help with this!" Felicia was snapped back into reality. She didn't have a Pokémon to call her own, one that would give her a chance to finally leave this town to explore the world. All she did with her life was help her father's Shuckle juice business...

"Coming dad!" She ran up rickety wooden stairs, sliding open a screen door to see four red shells lined up with her father, Kirk, holding a woven basket filled to the brim with Grepa berries. Only found in the Hoenn region, Kirk grew the imported berries to give the juice a special enticing flavor. While it wasn't a super successful business, it paid the bills for the two business partners. "Can you take those jars to the pharmacy? Looks like our teammates made juice quickly last night!" He chuckled, sliding a berry into one of the shell's holes. Felicia rarely saw the Shuckle's soft yellow bodies inside of the shells, but the four Pokémon were friendly enough.

Grasping the jars two at a time, Felicia managed to fit 12 in the back of their pickup truck, driving the vehicle down a dirt path near them. Cianwood was far from a bustling location, but that meant most of the locals knew each other, with Felicia returning waves while into the cities' main area. Since they didn't have a Pokémart, all supplies were managed through the local pharmacy, just a few buildings away from the massive Gym that towered over them. "Hey Felicia! Great to-wow! That's gotta be a new record." A kind old woman, the owner of the Cianwood City Pharmacy, awed at the jars. "Heh. Yeah... They're really putting in the work, aren't they?" Helping get the juice into the market, the owner began to make more small talk.

"Did you hear you arrived yesterday?" The lady asked. Assuming it was another trainer, Felicia didn't care much. "No, who?" Putting the last jar on a nearby shelf, the lady responded. "Professor Elm is at the Pokémon Center. Apparently someone is getting their first Pokémon!" The purple haired woman was shocked to hear this. Not only did they almost never have people become trainers in Cianwood, but when they did, Elm would normally send one of his assistants. "THE Professor? Well, I gotta go see that." Running out the door, Felicia headed to the Center.

She had never become a trainer, opting to stay in town to help with the business once her mother had passed away, but she always liked seeing the three special Pokémon offered. The Pokémon Center, even more hi-tech than the Gym, had its glass doors slid open as Felicia walked inside. Thankfully, she'd arrived just in time. Elm, along with the resident Nurse Joy, stood in the middle of the main lobby. The Professor clipped open his briefcase to reveal three Pokéballs inside. Standing across from them was someone she thought she'd seen in Cianwood before, but wasn't 100 percent sure...

[Star Wars] Shadows of the Forcehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2220-star-wars-shadows-of-the-force/ “What is thy bidding my lord?”

Quinten kept a straight face as he kept his gaze aimed towards the robed feet of the most powerful man in the galaxy. For a long moment there was silence, as the Emperor simply stared at the loyal subject. Yet despite the mundane pause, Quinten felt a cold shiver run up his spine as tactile as if someone had ran their finger to do it. It was a preposterous notion given that it was just him and the Emperor in the former chancellors office.

“Lieutenant Voide…” The emperor pronounced his name so precisely that it would have made anyone perk at attention. The ruler slowly paced around the kneeled officer, “As you can well imagine this has been a turbulent time for the galaxy…”

Quinten dared to look up only to see the emperor peering out the window towards the city beyond. “I want you to perform at tasks that will have you answering to no one else but me. I will give you full leeway to pursue the manner with any resources you see fit.” The Emperor paused and slowly turned around to study the officer who in turn averted his gaze once more. Quinten could almost feel the Emperors pleasure at such deference. “I want you to go into the Jedi Temple and begin a search for a powerful artifact. The Jedi were notorious for their scheming secrets.” The emperor added bitterly as he distracted himself for a brief moment, “Once you can determine the location of the artifact you will dispatch a task force to accompany you to obtain it.”

“It will be done at once my lord.” Quinten breathlessly replied. The Echani tensed his muscles to stand but remained as poised as a statue, not daring to fully move until released. Again the Emperor took a long moment as if studying the officer somehow. “Good… Good.”

——

The Echani ISB agent strode out of the senate building in his white uniform top and black hat and slacks clearly identifying his rank and positions in the newly christened Galactic Empire. The white of the uniform matched well with his bleached white hair and nearly equally pale skin. There were not nearly as many Echani in the galaxy compared to humans but they were related close enough.

His strides were long and confident, and with a practiced ease he raised a gloved hand to study the data pad he had been issued. He was soon sitting in the seat of a speeder and motioned for the clone trooper to take him immediately to the former Jedi Temple. He silently studied the data pad, the Emperor was not exaggerating as he had clearly been given access to deploy any number of troops to any location Quinten could think of at that moment. His data pad pulsed with numbers and graphics showing him the precise moment of all the military forces on Coroscant at that moment.

A more audacious officer would have likely immediately confiscated one of the orbiting Venators immediately to serve as their new flagship but Quinten was more practical than his numerous comrades. “Perhaps that is why the Emperor chose me for this task?” He mused quietly as he punched in a few new commands. He was still trying to piece the whole ordeal out. While Quinten was fiercely loyal to his leader, he felt it odd that he would be given such a personal mission when the Emperor had likely any other number of confidants at his whim. “There has to be a reason he chose me…” he muttered as he looked up to see the looming temple approach.

——

As the speeder came to a landing pad it was immediately greeted by a squad of clone troopers etched with blue markings. Quinten exited the speeder and dismissed the driver along with the vehicle. As he approached the troopers they all cautiously raised their rifles to aim at the unknown officer. “Relax troopers.” Quinten calmly announced, “I’m on direct orders from the Emperor, my name is Lieutenant Quinten Voide of the Imperial Security Bureau.” He stood up straight and crossed his hands behind his back along with the data pad. He stood patiently while the troopers seemed to confirm his claim. The one with his hand to his helmet was talking blinding to someone else when they finally nodded, “Our apologies sir, we’re on special orders as well! You’ve been given permission to enter, please alert anyone on station if you need assistance.”

Quinten offered a tight smile and nodded, “Thank you trooper. Just so you know I’m expecting a commando squad to be meeting me here shortly, I hope you will afford them the same access I have been given when they arrive.”

“It will be done sir!” The trooper announced as he snapped to a salute. The notion made Quinten smile further and he returned the gesture before moving past the guards.

The structure itself was quite fascinating, and despite himself the ISB agent found himself marveling at the architecture. He had to wonder how many non Jedi such as himself had ever set foot in the formally holy site.

His reverie was interrupted as he nearly tripped on something on the floor. Frowning he looked down to see a metallic cylinder casually dropped on the floor where it should not be. Peering around for the owner, Voide cautiously picked up the device and studied it closely. He wondered how it was that they Jedi could use such a device, especially when it felt like it would be horribly unbalanced. He fought the temptation to activate the weapon out of fear of alarming any nearby clones. Instead he leaned back down to replace the fallen weapon, then continued his walk.

Within a few moments he was soon standing outside the grand library that the Jedi once relied on. Undoubtably there was great secrets housed in such a place. Just then Quinten’s comlink beeped and he reached down to acknowledge it, “Voide here.”

“Sir, this is CT-0079 reporting for orders. Zeta team is on site.”

Placing a hand on the door, Quinten nodded more to himself as he opened the door and replied, “Understood CT-79, how about you and your team meet me in the library, no rush… we aren’t expecting a battle just yet, but I wanted to deploy you guys immediately so we can understand each other and what our mission is.”

There was a pause from the clone leader before he replied, “Acknowledged sir,” there was an edge of surprise in the troopers voice, “me and the boys will head right over.”

——

Munin bit his lip as he stood at attention along with the other members of Zeta Squad. They stood in front of their new leader. The ISB agent slowly and deliberately paced in front of the clones moving from Munin all the way down to Knives at the end of the line.

Zeta squad was composed of 4 clone commandos, veterans of the recently concluded Clone Wars. They had all performed admirably doing many missions during the conflict. They all wore mostly black armor with only slight variations between the Katarn class specs. Munin himself wore a Kama along with his backpack, he really stood out because of his helmet, which was Katarn in detail, but was all white, contradicting the dark nature of his armor. Munin’s XO was a clone by the name of Dorlin, he wore all black armor as well and even wore a Kama like Munin. Dorlin was their explosives enthusiast as such he wore a pack brimming with enough explosives to level the library they were standing at. Senar was the team’s sniper, instead of a visible backpack he wore a cloak around his armor which made him seem more bulky than his brothers. He also had a non issue blaster holstered to his leg in leather and a sniper rifle that was definitely non standard as well. The only other distinguishing feature was the range finder attuned to the clone’s black helmet and the Jang eyes painted in red above the visor. The last member of their team was affectionately named Knives. Knives’ armor looked the most normal with the exception of various lengths of blades being strapped onto his armor at various points. He also didn’t carry the traditional DC17 the commandos were issued but rather a twin pair of blaster pistols affixed to his thigh armor.

“Zeta Squad my name is Lieutenant Voide. We have been tasked with a vital mission from the emperor to secure secret Jedi artifacts that the order previously kept hidden from the Republic.” Voide paused then snapped his fingers, “remove your helmets troopers.” The clones complied and eyed Quinten cautiously. Voide’s mannerisms hovered somewhere between the posh, entitled attitude most new officers had and the sincerity that a good soldier would share with their comrades.

Voide nodded his approval upon seeing the clone’s faces. He cleared his throat to continue, “You have all had the privilege of working together through an entire war to know each other… I envy you all and that brotherhood you wield.” He paused and narrowed his eyes in thought, “I can’t expect you all to accept me so readily… but I hope in time we can grow together as a team. That is why Munin will be my immediate second in command for this mission. I may call upon each of you for your input with situations as they may arise. You also have my permission to speak freely with me at any time. Our work is too important to be bogged down by protocol.” Quinten paused as he could see Knives already raising his hand to speak. “Please CT-8282 by all means!” He offered a hand out wide as if inviting the clone and the trooper smiled nervously, “Its’ Knives sir! I’m sure my brothers are thinking the same thing as me. What kind of artifact are we retrieving exactly?”

Quinten smiled at the opportunity to explain their next task and he nodded. He tossed out a portable projector and in an instant the image of a Jedi Master was hovering in the room in front of everyone. “This is Jedi Master Ote Une. He was assigned a task down in 1313 during the events of Order 66. From my research here in the Jedi library I can safety say that he is the man we need to get to, in order to determine our next step.” He paced around the hologram and studied the faces of each clone as he described the mission. He paused and smiled, “You boys ready to goto the belly of Coruscant?”

Race to the Rosehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/1538-race-to-the-rose/ Hiro Kusanagi sat in the lounge of the Firefly as he watched the AEUG personnel scurry about their work in preparation for their departure from the lunar city. His crew of four was squeezed into the booth seat meant for three as they had their lunch. The seat opposite them remained empty for the person they were expecting. His wingman Kamea Thrace snuggled to his left, her right elbow carelessly jabbing at his ribs as she worked her food with a metal spoon. He suspected she was prodding his side partly on purpose.

Kamea had tucked her short blonde hair behind her ear to keep it out of her lunch, revealing a star-shaped ebony stud. Her dog tag hung over her cleavage that her black tank top struggled to hide beneath her black leather. Hiro still found her appearance more masculine than Grace Valerii, who sat on his right. Grace had more feminine curves and the larger buxom than her short-hair counterpart, but her jacket was zipped all the way up to her neck to keep herself fully covered. Her straight black hair fell beyond her shoulders. Grace made Hiro uncomfortable for some reasons, especially when they were alone. Perhaps it was her open admiration for her superior, who happened to be a famed pilot in the Galleon Combine.

Hiro Kusanagi was a renown mercenary in the Combine. Grace was the newest member in his team. Although she had been a part of the Draconis Fury for over a year, Hiro was still unable to be as comfortable as he was with Kamea. The latter was his wingman, so that explained for their familiarity. Grace was a backup pilot and still had a way to go before she was able to step up as a full-fledged pilot for the team. Her body was pressed against his as they sat awkwardly in the booth seat of the cargo ship. Hiro could feel the stiffness in Grace’s body despite her best efforts to appear comfortable with the physical contact.

It was not as if he could help it. He was stuck. Hiro turned to look at Ronald Boone. The mechanic took the outermost seat and was the only one among them who could escape the scrum if he wanted to. Ronald, however, was engrossed with the food in his metal food tray. Kamea slammed her spoon down in frustration, “Knock my elbow one more time and I’ll shove this spoon up where the sun don’t shine, Augur!”

“Hey, blame the small table! You’re knocking half of each spoonful I scrape before I can shove it into my mouth, not that this poor excuse for food is in any way appetising.” Ronald shot back. Kamea shook her head. “You can tuck your elbows in instead of airing your armpits, lad. We can do without the stench.”

“Wha—“ Before he could even protest, Grace chimed in, “Starbuck is right. Why don’t you stand up to give us more space. Be a man, Augur.”

“Just ‘cos Spike isn’t around, now I’m the whipping boy,” Ronald said. Kamea laughed. “Keep on dreaming, lad. Nobody’s gonna whip that ass.”

“Shut up and enjoy cozying up with Apollo, girl.” Ronald teased as he suddenly leaned to his right to shove Kamea against Hiro. She leaned on Hiro’s shoulder with feigned affection while Grace flushed red as Hiro was pushed against her. Kamea giggled. “He better be enjoying this more than we are.”

“C’mon now, we’re gonna look so professional like this when Captain Grimsdottir shows up.” Hiro said as he gave up trying to convince himself he was hungry. Ronald moved to the empty seat. “I’ll warm the seat for the captain before he arrives.”

“I hope you’ve got a hot bum cos you gotta give up your seat and it better be well warmed up.” Grace said and gestured at the door of the lounge.

As he walked, with a cane that he was given, he entered the Gunpla Store and smiled as the attendant waved at him. "Hey Zhane, how ou doing?" he asked.

"Tired," Zhane responded back. "Had a busy day at school," added as he walked to look at the Gunpla.

"What are you looking for," asked the attendant?

"I am looking at upgrading my Prime Gundam and want to work on a Long Ranged one," he said back tot he attendant. "I am thinking of an optional loadout for Prime besides what he has right now," Zhane added.

"What are thinking?" the attendant asked him.

"Melee wide, I have a GN Beam Saber, vulcan guns and a beam rifle. I want to have another weapon or two added to him, but not sure," Zhane states as he picks up three Gunpla, two XXXG-01H2 Gundam Heavyarms Custom Kai, the blue version and the GAT-X102 Duel Gundam, Assault Shroud version.

The attendant looked at Zhane and asked, "You want anything else?

Thinking, Zhane looked and nodded, "Actually yea," he said.  Heading over he picks up four more gunpla, Gundam Deathscythe Hell, Gundam Age-2 Double Bullet, Gundma Barbatos and Blitz Gundam. "I think this will work," Zhane added as he returned to the counter and paid for his purchases, in addition to paint and glue. Zhane exited the store and headed home.

--------------

The next day, Zhane was at school and looked a the Gunpla Club and walked in, carring his first suit that he made, the RX-78GP01OP Prime Gundam and the Gunpla he purchased the night before. Zhane looked aroudn the club and spoke, "Hello," he said simply as he saw no one. "Anyone here?" he asked as she looked at the application and sat down. While he filled out the application, a few others entered and stopped hwen they saw him sitting there.

"Hey, who are you?" asked one.

Zhane looked up, "Sorry, my name is Zhane Tan. I would like to Join?" he stated to them.

"You wanna join?" another asked.

"I would like to yes," Zhane responded as he looked at his near completed applicaiton. "I am filling the application out for membership," he added as he puts his pen down.

They looked at him and one smiled, "What Gunpla do you have?" he was asked.

"I have one I custome built," was Zhane's response as he pulled out his first suit. "I call him the RX-78GP01OP Prime Gundam, or Prime Gundam," and he sat it down.

"Well, get that application filled out and than lets battle," one states.

"I am still new to Gunpla Battles. So I am sorry," he commented. "I have not been in the best of health in a long time," Zhane added.

"That's ok. we can teach you." two say a tthe same time, who look like twins.

"Thank you," and Zhane finishes the applicationa nd stands as he walks and places it in a tray. He walked back to the table, getting his Gunpla and looking. "Where to?" he asked simply.....

--------------

Ten minutes later, he looked at them. "Sorry," he says as he sits down and gets a drink of juice from his bag and drinks it.

"You ok?" one asked him.

"Yea, been sick my entire life and close to being cured, still get tired easily," he says to them.

"Should you be doing this? With your condition?" another asks.

"Its the only thing that kept me going," he says. "I am in the final stages of treatment for bone cancer. All the treatments makes me tired real quick, but I still love Gunpla. Prime ther was my first suit I built," he commented on the red and blue gunpla. "I am going to upgrade it, but I need to get better at the GBN first," Zhane added.

"You did good, but we can work on the rest. Welcome to the Gunpla Club Zhane," one says as they offer a hand. "Now what is the gunpla you purchased the other night?" she asked him

"Thank you," Zhane said to them as he put Prime back and pulled out the 7 kits ....

A Noble Causehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/1598-a-noble-cause/ The tremors slowly faded away, the entire cabin soon became serene as weightlessness permeated around. Edwin unconsciousness tensed his left hand, curling and uncurling the artificial fingers. It was strange how occasionally he genuinely felt as if the digits were his own. It was equally unnerving when he found himself scratching the skin of the prothstetic. They called it phantom pain and it was a sensation he doubted he would ever fully accept. Lifting his gaze from his lame hand he looked around the cabin to study how everyone else was reacting inside the shuttle.

If one was studious, they could quickly determine who was new to space and who wasn’t. By this point Edwin was fairly numb to awe inspiring sensation. A young woman was giggling as she let some jewelry twirl in front of her. Another man was grinning like a fool playing with a water bottle. Edwin merely sighed and returned his gaze out the window. He would soon be onboard the Halfbeak class Fortis. The Fortis was a Bauduin family warship and had served as Edwin’s flagship during his patrol duties. As the shuttle escaped earth, Edwin could begin to make out the purplish form of the ship. Onboard was his Graze, and his crew; and he was eager to see both.

Perhaps just as importantly was an old friend he was eager to reacquaint with; Erland Falk. Though the two men differed in age by almost a decade, Edwin thought of the younger man like a little brother and often treated him as such. He had been happy for the fellow noble when they had been assigned other duties on Mars. Now it appeared that fate would bring them back together. Gjallarhorn had given Edwin an important mission and was willing to give the Bauduin official any resources he needed, whether it be material or personnel; Edwin chose the latter.

The rattle and clanking of the hull snapped Edwin from his contemplation and he tensed himself against his seat as the shuttle connected with the warship to drop him off. After the connection was secure a crewman gave the Captain a thumbs up. Edwin grabbed his briefcase and unbuckled himself to “leap” towards the engineer and the exit. The man gave him a salute and Edwin responded in kind, before moving down the narrow corridor towards his ship. Once he was on board a small collection of his staff saluted a greeting towards him and he returned the gesture yet again. He knew that by the time he found his way to the bridge he’d repeat the process with half his crew.

By the time he made it to the bridge a grin did form along the edge of his face as he spotted his old friend. Erland stood staring out the windows, his red back turned toward him. Edwin let out a cheery greeting, “I had no idea that I’d be entertaining a member of the Falk family on my ship!” His tone showed his mock surprise. As he hovered up to the other man he stopped to regard him and offer his hand warmly, “it’s good to see you Erland!”

Far From Homehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2135-far-from-home/ “So, this is Orb,” Lowell looked out across the sandy, sunlit beach as azures waves as crisp as crystal crashed against the shore, ticking his sandaled feet. He shaded his eyes against the sun. Even with sunglasses and shorts it was too bright, too hot. It was same thing he disliked about the desert when he was stationed there. The ZAFT pilot much preferred the climate-controlled PLANTs to actual atmosphere and all that came with it.

Behind him, some meters away, Renato Masters was sitting at an outdoor bar, shaded by the palm-frond thatching and sipping on a deep orange Mai Tai. He was watching Lowell as he trudged his way back up towards the bar and took a seat next to him. Renato had gone to the trouble of ordering him a similarly vibrant drink.

“It’s very…blue,” Lowell said, picking up the sweaty glass and observing the miniature novelty umbrella wedged between the ice within.

“It’s called a Blue Hawaiian,” Ren informed him, sipping his own drink. “Give it a try, you’ll like it. It’s fruity,”

“Wolf Squad really is lucky to have its own former mixologist on board,” Lowell said, sipping at the drink. It was indeed very fruity and very alcoholic. Lowell set it back down and looked out towards the ocean. He wasn’t fully sure why such a natural thing unnerved him—perhaps it was because it was so like space but yet completely alien, ironically. Boundless and vast. “Do you ever miss your place?”

“What, the bar?” Ren quirked a brow. “Sure, every day. But this is more important I think, don’t you? If we don’t fight here and now, there might not be a bar to miss, you know? Besides, it’s in good hand. My little sister is running the place until I get back and I swear she knows more about business than I do. She’ll probably have bought me out by the time this is all over and then I’ll have to find a new job or become a lifer or something,” Ren chuckled and took another drag of his Mai Tai. Lowell smiled softly and then turned his eyes back to his drink, contemplated it.

“There’s that look again,” Ren said, lightly pushing his commander’s shoulder. “You’re stressing yourself out again,”

“No, no,” Lowell smiled. “Just thinking about things back home that’s all,” a silent moment passed between the two as a warm, tropical wind blew through the cabana. Quietly, Lowell made a decision for himself. “Enjoy yourself, Ren. I’m going to head into town to do some looking around but I don’t think it’s a two person job,”

“Hey, you’re the boss, Lowell,” Ren grinned. “You say drink, I say how much,”

---

Lowell’s rent-a-car slowed to a crawl as he brought it to the side of the road, cursing his bad fortune. He knew he shouldn’t have cheaped out on the rental, but with the amount that Ren was likely to be drinking today, he didn’t want to run up too much of a charge on the unit funds. The smoke coming out from under the hood was dire, but after being in a mobile suit, no amount of minor vehicular disrepair could faze him. It did, however, greatly inconvenience him. His personal phone wasn’t exactly on an Earth plan. Lowell exhaled through pursed lips, his hands on his hips. Of course he broke down on a country road outside of the city. He could even see it in the distance, but he wasn’t exactly looking forward to walking several kilometers in sandals.

Lowell leaned up against the side of the car and folded his arms across his chest as he tried to think of a plan, when a plume of dust on the horizon caught his eye.

“Oh! Hey!” he cried out, waving his hands up over his head in hopes of flagging down this oncoming driver.

Gunpla Battle Nexus 1.8: Community Updatehttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/1687-gunpla-battle-nexus-18-community-update/ Pitch black darkness. It had been that way for long, but out of the blue, one of the four Gunpla Battle Nexus cabinets sprung to action and bathed the room in light. Somebody had turned it on by flipping one of the switches in the service room, while forgoing the other three cabinets and the micro-injection machine used to "print" out parts and weapons that were given to the players as rewards for clearing certain missions. A figure entered the room, having just treated himself to a grilled cheddar sandwich and some juice, ready for the rumble. A voice reached out to him after he put on his headset and visor. "Please, scan your Gunpla" It sounded human, but it was probably a recording. He still remembered the good old times, when the voice was jarringly robotic and spoke in a very butchered English. He took a 1/144 figure out of a holster in his pants, and put it over the scanner. It was a black and blue kitbash based in the GM III, crafted, painted and even slightly weathered in fine detail. Two rings of light emerged under the GM's feet and at the top of its head. One ascended, the other descended, and when they met halfway through to read the information chip, the name of the machine suddenly appeared in screen. Airbatel GM. Like Dan, the builder, he was pretty proud of the thing. "Are you proud of us too?" The Airbatel simply activated its main camera, more in response to the laser rings than his question.

Logging in, which was a pretty straightforward process for such a secretive thing, he dismissed the coincidence and put on his visor, diving into a new world, the world of GBN's Community Update, full of new content to discover… and unsurprisingly devoid of people. The lobby inside the central skyscraper was empty save for an administrator, trying out new test NPDs meant to bolster the number of guides in areas too populated for volunteers to show all beginners around. Uninterested, the Diver by the nickname of Aida checked his context menu and used it to teleport to one of the hangar bays. Airbatel was there, standing tall and mighty above him. The administrator had also logged in with a personal Gunpla, which seemed to be that colorful Mobile Suit a few spaces away. Hobby Marasai. An interesting machine, but its owner was occupied.

After a routine check-up of his machine, which was way easier when one was smaller than it and not the other way around, he turned it on and headed for the catapult. Being that he wasn't on a mission, and nobody could hear him anyways, he skipped out on the part where he shouted his name and his machine's out loud, to silently catapult away from the building, and fly away to cruise the game world, which could now be done even outside missions since the 1.79 update. That day, the GM-Defenser had been re-painted silver for a new balance of colors, which meant he couldn't use it until Saturday, when the paint dried out and the detail could be done again. He was using a Hyaku-Shiki's and backpack tonight, which hardly kept him in a continuous flight like those Aida was accustomed to. But one of the good things of Free Roam mode was that no fuel or energy would be consumed at all, so he could fly around carelessly in autopilot with the fuel efficiency tool disabled, while using the context menu to try and see just how many people were free to play that night. Hopeful, he gasped when he took notice of the current player count. There were more people than usual, just dispersed through the game world. Maybe that could be the day he finally got to try out one of those new campaigns he had been eyeing.

Landing Airbatel smoothly on a yard located behind a replica of Alfred Izuruha's school, complete with a vendor of 0080 avatar paraphernalia, Aida coursed through the menu until he could find that one campaign he had been eyeing but couldn't play right until that moment, and when he found it, he picked the "Look for Public" option, even though his Gunpla was incomplete that day. After all, it wasn't like he was in any position to get picky, and probably all of the beta testers were decent enough people to get hold of a code from the administration. Then again, "it's not like the code was mine to begin with...", he sighed.

"Let's see, let's see… aha! You've been occupying a space in the carry inventory for long. It was about time you were of any use...", said Aida while equipping a one-time use flare gun on his Mobile Suit's free hand, and promptly having Airbatel fire it. The custom GM III did a full 180 degree turn in a second, lifted its right arm, and pointed the flare gun at the sky to strike that famous 'Last Shot' pose from Mobile Suit Gundam, before firing. A golden V promptly appeared in the sky above them. The V-Flare signal would last an entire hour before disappearing. But he planned to leave for the night if nobody joined him before the flare was gone. If that were to happen, he would give up trying to find a group of night owls he could fit into the daily schedule, and come back Saturday afternoon to get started once and for all with a regular force…

Heavenly Homelandhttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2117-heavenly-homeland/ With enough time, anyone should get used to adverse conditions. Or at least, that’s what she kept telling herself. Over, and over, her tiny capsule tumbled. She clenched her eyes and squeezed them shut tightly. “Please, oh please! Somebody please find my distress signal!” her prayer was much louder than it had the first few dozen times before.

Normally she felt confident about herself, about a lot of things in her life. But in that exact moment she felt meek, helpless really. A round ball softly bounced into her and the girl reached out to grab the object. It twirled around in her grasp and fluttered some as the two red eye gazed at their master. “Cheer up! Cheer up!”

“Oh Haro!” She gulped as she felt tears welling in her eyes. Clutching the machine closely she grimaced as she began to cry. Despair was now fully taking over. She was stuck in an escape pod with nothing to do besides wait and hope she didn’t breath too much before any help could arrive.

A loud metallic clank echoed through the pod, and the girl felt herself hitting the walls of the capsule. “Oh Haro! Are we saved?” The little robot shifted in her hands and flapped open its’ wings, “Rescued! Rescued!”

A few more agonizing moments later and the hatch popped open to her escape pod. She squinted as she tried to gaze out at her saviors. “Oh! Hello sir! Thank you so very much for rescuing me! My name is Lacus Clyne!” the stumbled out of the pod and tried to steady herself for a bow of sorts, which was hard to do in zero gravity.

Before her stood a young boy, a teenager really, with his hands on his hips, tools in hand. The blonde haired kid scoffed at her remark, “Clyne you say? Hey wait are you the famous singer?!”

“Oh my! You’ve heard of me then?”

The boy grew a toothy smile, “I think everyone’s heard of you Lacus! But where are my manners?” He tucked the tools away on his belt and reached out with a gloved hand, “My name is Jonathan Locke!”

Lacus smiled at the offer and shook his hand, she looked around the empty looking shuttle she was aboard. Reading her expression, he nodded, “Yup its just me and you! This is fortunate circumstances; I was on my way to the Plants. Maybe now they’ll accept me if I help take you home!”

“Accept you?” she asked curiously. Jonathan smiled as he returned back to the controls. “Yeah! You see I was in the middle of…” he scratched his chin to think of the right word, “well… I was fleeing my father… to try and immigrate to the Plants.”

She cautiously followed and took the seat next to him, “Oh my! Why are you fleeing your father Mr. Locke?”

Jonathan smirked some at her politeness but continued instead of trying to correct her. “He’s an Admiral for the Earth Alliance. Let’s just say we don’t see eye to eye… on account of me being a coordinator, much like yourself!” He gave her a friendly smile at the end of his declaration, and she returned the gesture. “Just sit tight Ms. Clyne and I’ll get you back home as soon as I can!”

The singer lit up at his promise, “We would very much appreciate that Mr. Locke! And I’ll do everything in my power to make sure you’re welcome in your new homeland!”

Jonathan smiled back at her, “I can’t thank you enough!”

Where Fun and Gunpla Meethttps://play.adventdestiny.com/topic/2119-where-fun-and-gunpla-meet/ Looking at the Gundam Battle Nexus setup, Zhane blinked and had no idea what to do, "So, I just sit in this and put my gunpla here?" he asks the person at the GBN store as he looked back at them. "That's right," said the worker.  Looking at the machine, he thought for a moment and sat down. "Ok, now what do I do?" he asked as she looked again after placing his Gunpla on the machine. The employee blinked and just looked, shocked more than anything "... you've never done this?" he asked. "My first time," was Zhane's response.  The employee sighed, "You put on the headset, and create an account," and as the employee spoke, Zhane did that. "That's it?" he asked. "Yes," said the employee.

Zhane is odd in this matter, having not been out in public much, except for his trips to the hospital. He has bone cancer and has been going through a lot to try to stop it and fight it of and the Doctors are sure that they are to the point of getting all of it, so he has little experience with anything like this, and thinking, Zhane types in a name, Lucky. The employee looks, "Interesting name," he states. "Yea," Zhane says. "I have been lucky my entire life, and still am so far," he replies as he listens and places his Gunpla on the machine to scan it in. "Interesting suit design," the employee said. "Thank you," he states simply as he closes his eyes and takes a few breaths, kind of tired but opens them. "Here it goes," he comments to himself as he logs in for the first time....

Traveling through the VR of the login, he looks around and smiles, "Totally cool," he states as he wonders, will keep his same appearance or will have a different appearance.

He looks at the screen and thinks as he gets his answer. smiling to himself, he picks an design that he thinks will be cool. "Can I change my appearance later?" he wonders to himself as he picks his normal appearance with simple clothing. Afterwards, he steps through the door and into the GBN.

Arriving in the GBN, he looks around as he sees all the different avatars, "Wow, there's someone dressed as Zechs and another as Char.... and... is that a dogboy?" he says to himself as he walks around the floor and looks completely lost.
