You can only join a faction after your character bio has been approved. If you find any bugs or errors, please post in the suggestion board. I only use Firefox so I won't know how the site looks like on other browsers. As much as it says optimised for Firefox at the bottom of the page, I would like to enhance the experience of all players as much as possible.
